Not taking away from what Steve does as a caddie, but without Tigers ability to play as well as he does and his swing instructors who should get more credit for making Tiger better. Steve wouldn't have made as much money without them. Name another player during that time that he could have been a caddie for that he could have earned as much money?

Tiger made him the highest paid athlete in Australia…think about that for a minute. If you take the job to be a caddy for one of the top players in the world you’re damn right you are at their beck and call…they trust you enough to bring you into their inner circle and be completely vulnerable…they compensate you more than fairly and only ask you pay them back with loyalty. If you want an HR department go work for Microsoft!

Tiger winning everything making Williams a millionaire a few times over must have been a real drag for him. In life we have something called a choice, if he was so hard done by he should have quit. He didn't quit because he was making a serious living out of carrying a set of clubs
