I think Greg Norman is jealous of Tiger. Tiger is a reminder for him of what maybe not what he could have been, but that he should have been way better than the career he had. Norman was extremely talented. But the difference between him and Tiger in terms of mental toughness is really quite staggering.

The fact is they said " he will never win again" . They didn't have to say that. Could have said its highly unlikely . Which it was. But they are not competitors or champions. Tiger wins because he believes he will no matter his odds. He will play the masters when he is 70 still thinking he will win. His greatest asset has never been his swing or his short game , its always been his mindset

Hard to warm up to?? There are haters but most people love Tiger. I was at Friday at Bethpage when he wasn’t playing well but you would have thought he was winning the way the crowds were. They fans were giving Koepka (the eventual winner) a lot of razzing though.
Big words from Norman.....a guy with 2 Majors to his name, no green jacket (thanks in part to his glorious CHOKE in 96), and only 20 total PGA wins. Compare that to Tiger's 15 MAJORS.....and 81 PGA wins, and so I just can't figure out why anyone is interested in his opinion on Tiger. One more win, and Tiger ties Snead for the most PGA victories ever. Norman is tied for 34th. SMH

I know at least 8 people including me who would have never hit a golf ball if it wasn't for tiger. Honestly that PlayStation game got me to try it . Then I found other golfers I loved , they all know how much tiger brought them . He is the reason the money went up and the fame for golfers . He really brought the game to so many 👍
You are right, I remember watching him play against Nick Faldo, and he melted like a slug when somebody puts salt on it🐌.And keep in mind he was 💯 % healthy. Now compare that to when Tiger won the US OPEN against Rocco, with a bad knee from beginning to end, 36 holes, and that should give Greg Norman pause, and maybe he would consider withholding his baseless conclusions.

What does Greg Norman know about Tigers best? Tiger have something that most people don't. Mental toughness and that sets him apart. If several back surgeries, a relationship breakdown, numerous negative headlines and people counting him off can't hold him back then I think nothing can. We will know when it's over with Tiger when he says so. Until then..Go Tiger!

So called ‘experts’ made a living criticizing Tiger. Calling out and judging him. As though they were perfect. As though they had a clue. Saying he was done. Saying he wasn’t a good human being. They wrote article after article. Posted and tweeted. Who out there had the guts to say “no I think he can still do it?” It wasn’t this bunch of idiots that’s for sure. This is a lesson for us all. Don’t condemn or criticize your fellow man for we are far from perfect in our own lives and we have no idea what that person is going through...or what he or she is truly capable of. It’s time for all of us to encourage one another and stop doubting and hating. We need more Tigers in the world. Well done Mr. Woods. As a 53 year old lifetime golf fan, I say this is the the most monumental achievement in golf history.
This goes to show that the only one that knows Tiger, is Tiger himself. The other person that also knew him is not with us anymore. The rest is of no significance when it comes to evaluating Woods' potential. I never doubted he would not come back. The wait was nerve wrecking, the flame got very small at times, but it never went out. This is the best story of 2019.

There’s something insanely freeing when no one believes you can do something. It takes all the pressure off and improves your mentality no matter what it is. I’d take being the underdog vs. the favorite any day of the week. Nothing moves me more personally than redemption after a fall from grace. It’s about as close to magic as we humans ever get. This is why I almost never write anyone off. As long as there’s still breath and life in your body, there’s a chance to turn it all around. Congratulations Tiger, you’ve earned your redemption. And I never wrote you off.

That’s as far ahead of his peers as he was. Absolute legend, impacted positively on golf more than any other player ever.

There are Guy's that can hit it farther than Tiger. No big deal. Tiger is still one of the 5 Best Iron players that ever lived. Because of that, Tiger will always have a chance as long as his health is ok.

As a huge Tiger fan since his teenage days, I found myself believing that the magic is gone and what he put himself trough with his personal life and swing changes to back surgeries was too much to overcome. So these pundits don’t deserve to get killed for there concerns but Greg Norman has been a hater of tiger over the years and you can feel his jealousy over what Tiger has accomplished. So that is only issue I have with everyone who doubted him.

Absolutely true. Greg Norman has every right to be jealous of Tiger, as the former is your average, typical human being exhibiting human-natural behaviour. The driving force of his jealously is, of course, his lack of success compared to the greatest of all time where he couldn't even achieve 1/10th of the level of success of the latter. Having said that, Greg is also in deep awe of Tiger, which is very much in line with the duality of human nature.

So, the guy picked Phil's career over Tiger's? Huh. How do you do that as by that time, he had already won 14 freaking majors and 79 pga victories. I think a lot of these guys just don't like Tiger because he ruined their career and made them no body!
To give the pundits the benefit of the doubt, Tiger's injury was horrible. He frequently needed help just to walk around at home and could barely move, let alone play elite level golf. To play as well as he did in his prime was freakishly rare (only Jack rivals him). To recover from that surgery, and return to elite level golf is mountain that no others have climbed. He is a living legend.
Tiger was being interviewed when he was 2 and then 5 years old, Tiger said there were a Few men, who looked at him as a child and said, you do not belong here.... I am in my 70's and I can identify with how hurtful, such a comment coming from an adult could be.... I believe that these words spoken to Tiger when he was such a young child, still motivates Tiger..... Tiger Woods may well go on to not only equal and beat the Jack Nicklaus record of 18 Majors, but Could Also Go On To be the First and Only to Reach 100 PGA Tour events. Yes that's triple figures on the PGA route which no one has done. Only one behind Sam Snead and he has another 8-10 years in him. Yet if he carries on in this form, condition and frame of mind with his New Found Confidence, then Hehehe all new territories of greater glories await. He will go where No Golfer has ever gone before. I always believed in 🐅 Tiger, I always said that if he could just win one more PGA tour event, then the majors will eventually follow. Greatest golfer who has ever lived...TIGER WOODS. the nearly Ten years he lost due to injury and personal issues, stopped him From having won 100 wins and 20 plus Majors, without question he was that good and in his prime he lost those 10 years, amazing
