Hey, Shelly. I call myself a sociable hermit, so I get you! Believe me, I feel like we're hanging out together, too, which is why I comment on your videos more than any others.
I could of swore you were saying tie dyed as I didn't know the product, thinking what is Shelly thinking 😂 In relation to you talking about adding fragrance the smell of some products would smell so bad due to mixing ingredients or have that "chemical" smell they need to do something or no one would buy it. I would have to get a few bottles of it to get in Australia to make shipping worth it. Love you Shell xx
I love you, Shelley! Your skin looks amazing, positively luminous. I would love you to think about a super hydrating hand cream and/or an overnight hand mask. I think all us gal's could use some extra love for our li'l paws 😍. Thank you for all your wonderful content. You are my American "bestie". Lots of love from Perth Western Australia xxx
Go hydration! Not offending anyone. Intended doing a spa night myself tonight but did a yoga/reiki session tonight and was too chill to do anything. So happy that tight eye is back. Got an email from them the other day and did a little dance. I've missed it too.
Great minds think alike! You asked what we'd like to see, I'd like to see more products like Tight Eye! ❤ IT Cosemetics, Peter Thomas Roth, etc have products that supposedly last all day! But each have such vast usage differences. Personally, would love if you would dive into this topic and do some comparisons. Really want to add one to my routine, but which one works better than others? Thanks, if you read or considered this. ❤ Btw I also agree with others. A handcream that turns back the clock and hydrating would be nice.
Shelly, you had me giggling soo hard. You are full of it tonight. lol. I love it. Please, make a serum and or cream for++++++ hydration!!!! I too have dehydrated skin, especially under my eyes and around my mouth? It’s getting a bit better, but my goodness. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️. Great spa night. For me, I was hurting so bad and so tired, I did my double cleanse, toner, essences, Retinaldhyde and moisturizer and was done. I have so many sheet mask, yet forget about them, soo tomorrow evening will be my Spa Night. I hope you get a good night of restful sleep and that you have great success tomorrow. Can’t wait to see what you come up with in you Skincare Line. Oh, cannot wait to purchase your whipped body scrub and soap. You’re one super busy lady. I was missing you, so glad you came on tonight. 😊
Thanks, Karla! Had a great event!! And I did another sheet mask last night - I think that is a habit I need to get back into! My skin was so much more plump this morning after 2 days in a row.
@@goow so glad you had a great Event. Yes, I put one on this morning, and thank you for reminding me how beneficial the sheet mask are. I could not believe how plumping it was for my dry, dehydrated, wrinkly skin they are. I’ve got to order the Skin1004 Centella sheet mask. I really prefer the gel mask, but the sheet mask are good also.
Oh! Love that toner. ☺️ I have rosacea, and it’s gentle enough for me. I use it for my husband’s psoriasis, too. I’ve tried other acid products, but always go back to that toner. 🤓
I thought you were saying tie dye the whole video 🫣 😂 My biggest issue is Rosacea since my late thirties.I always had great skin and that has really damaged my confidence and is such a pain when trying to do skincare and makeup.
Shelly, thanks for mentioning fragrance sensitizing (sp). I started itching really bad on my feet, wrists, and hands a couple years ago. I had allergy testing done and I’m allergic to “fragrance “. I realized it’s the ingredients in Bath and Body Works. I can’t use any of their products anymore. I’m saving money!!!
I'm not sensitive to it (yet) but from everything I've heard and read, it's one of those things that once it happens there's pretty much no going back. I think back in the day when we used fewer products and fewer things had added fragrance in them, we weren't getting quite so much - but the cumulative effect now is much higher. If I apply 10 products with fragrance to my face vs back in the day where maybe it was 1 or 2, that's a big difference in how much fragrance is going on.
Yay thank you!! I was just packing up Memorial Day orders and realizing that the quadruple batch I made a couple weeks ago is almost sold out again (NO WORRIES, I'm making more before it's out!) We need to all have a bakuchiol party! lol
LOL! I put my Tighteye on, sat down, and turned on your video! I'm so completely glad it's back. I also TOTALLY understand the introvert recharge needed! Have a wonderful weekend. xo
On that toner, the last letter looks like a stylized M. I think the brand is TIAM. Look at you, on trend in the Sage green! Anatomie's email list informs me that it's the summer of sage. Good color for you anyway. I'm also informed that Lilac is the new Coral, so today I'm going to try my new Glossier Lidstar in Lily!
You’re the second person that has mentioned lilac is the new coral. I’m getting a full face of product set up soon for lilac! Thanks for the lead on another eyeshadow to check out.
I don’t know what your pomade is like, but I would love you to formulate a super light weight pomade. My husband used to use Redken Brews extra clean gel, but they discontinued it! Also, would love some sort of whipped shave butter or similar. That sounds divine and I know you’d go gentle with scent, unlike some of the mass produced options out there.
You could consider formulating skin care for use during radiation for cancer patients. It wouldn't necessarily have to be exclusively for that, I'm thinking a skin barrier recovery type product that's safe to use during radiation. When I had radiation for breast cancer, they recommended miaderm, which was good, but very expensive. I can't help but think it's so expensive because it's targeted market will pay whatever it takes to keep our skin from getting crisper with every treatment.
Thanks, Debbie - I'm going to do some research on Miaderm and work on something for skin barrier recovery! I've wrecked my skin barrier a few times just from being overly aggressive with exfoliants so I think it's definitely a notable area of concern.
I have milia too! I have tried: Clinique scrub. Milia remover from Amazon, Differing gel, Skinscription exfoliating toner.None have worked. I don't do all the skincare like you do, but maybe I should. I cleanse and moisturize, and once and a while use the toner. Morning I don't cleanse. Just rinse. Is there anything in particular that works for you? I hate to go to a dermatologist to remove them. TIA
Generally they say exfoliation and retinol/tretinoin. I had a very stubborn one on my temple that didn't go away until I started using a bakuchiol serum on it so now I put bakuchiol serum on mine. Most go away in a few weeks but I do get the occasional stubborn one.
Most days and nights yes :) (That's still my everyday undereye cream). I rotate in something else a couple nights a week. My something else was the No7 Future Renew eye cream for a bit but I am not convinced that it's doing anything that the regular Future Renew serum isn't already doing so I don't think I'll repurchase the eye version.
@@goow Thank you so much for your reply and with so much detail! I started using the Clarins because of your recommendation and I only use it in the morning, every other morning and I still see results. So thank you and for the Nars Light Reflecting Foundation recommendation, too. You are one of two people I really trust for foundation and concealer recommendations. 🧡🧡🧡
I apply bakuchiol serum to mine (I have read that retinols/tretinoin also help) but I've never done any sort of removal. I know it can be done (I think dermatologists would do it?) but I've never done it. Mine usually go away within a few weeks, except the occasional stubborn ones. I have one on my eyelid that has been there for months and I am too nervous about using strong actives on my eyes... so it just isn't going anywhere... :(
Oh my gosh. Me too! When she said “goo,” I just started giggling. Like, “Yeah. That’s Shelly.” 🤓😂☺️ Edit: Now I keep saying “gooblins.” Like her followers could be called that. Or “goo-bers.” 🤣😂🤣
