I adore Dr. Rahim for always being so careful to actually find out what it causing pain and discomfort. Whereas so many other chiropractors seem to just jump into an “exam” and crack everything regardless if there’s actual pain or not.

Dr. Rahim, I find your videos so educational. You explain body mechanics so well that understanding the relationships between various body parts is fairly easy to grasp. I (and possibly many other viewers) would love it if you could make a video teaching us what to look for when purchasing new pillows, mattresses and computer chairs. I would also love to know what various body types should look for in new product. For example, I am just under 5 ft tall and many things with lumbar support are not in the right place for me. Also, a clinical presentation without the "great selling features" is what I need prior to beginning to shop. I don't care how pretty the fabric on the mattress or pillow is - I want to know what mechanics inside the item I should be looking for. I hope that you will give this idea some consideration.

I have been to lots of chiropractors and watched lot of RU-vids but I have not seen a more thorough sessions than Dr. Rahim provides. If I lived on the West coast I would find my way to his office no matter what the distance. Unfortunently I live on the east coast and have not had a good adjustment in a Long time. God knows I need a Good adjustment.

Every time a watch your videos I feel like I really need a adjustment for everything, the pain on my neck is getting pretty painful and sometimes it goes all the way to my lower back... I am doing my best to convinced my parents to take me with you! I almost got it! PS: I live in Mexico Baja Cali, I am 4 hrs away from you... so close yet so far 😓

I have a rib out of place around the same spot as that woman! I thought I had a knot for two years until I stated telling others about my problem and watching these videos. I would love to be adjusted, but my mom is hesitant to send me to a chiropractor. Wish I lived near Dr. Rahims office!

Why do so many other Gonstead chiropractors only believe in doing the absolute minimum!? Some take one X-ray and only adjust based on that for the duration of my visits. Why do you show a side of Gonstead Expertise that’s hard to find elsewhere?

When should one decide to go to a chiropractor? I get tension headaches all the time and occasional migraines, constant neck and shoulder pain that I thought Thai massage once a week would fix it but doesn't seem to work long. It doesn't seem serious enough for a checkup ( in our weird culture, we don't go to the doctor unless dying). This tension headache won't go away though, its been 10 days and still sticking around.

Holy shit this is exactly what I’ve been going through for years😩😩😩

How do I convince my parents that I need this done. I have a crunchy and Clicky wrist and ankle, which occasionally hurt in sports that involves lots of running and high impact movements.( I play rugby ) My upper back is stiff on and off and the same with my lower back if I play football (soccer) for a bit. Also my neck at certain angles, tilted forward and to the sides, fells stuck but isn’t. My jaw also locks up at times causing me a lot of pain, I manage to set it to a place that is comfy but it comes back every now and then. I have asked them but my dad says just walk more which I do a lot of anyway going from the train station to my college which is about 2 miles so that’s 4 miles most days plus extra I do at college. How do I convince him that I need things at least checked. I’m from the UK by the way. I love these vids so educational and interesting. 👍😆😊

I have the exact same symptoms as this woman, but my chiropractor did nothing like Dr. Rahim! She just told me I need to lift my chest and the knee isn't an issue, wtf!! I wish I could afford a trip to America and a Dr. Rahim visit!!

Hello Dr Rahim. Recently I've pulled my neck while working out shoulders doing a lateral shoulder fly. My chiropractor did not go through an adjustment like yours. He only cracked my neck and did a few side adjustment along with stretching out the muscle. Should I not get a thorough treatment like the ones you do?
