Very rare that you get someone who is not just a virtuoso from a technical perspective but is also a master of create unique sweeping just absolutely powerful pieces of music without fail. He does all this while combining music from his cultural background in with more contemporary stuff. He can blow you away with a million notes per minute or just 2 it's crazy.
Everytime I listen to this music, it brings me a nostalgia to the childhood memories I have never had. I imagine street full of children playing, laughing, old people playing nardi outside with their neighbors. Armenian old houses, narrow streets. Women washing carpets in summer... Hot weather....
