TIK TOK CHEF MAKES SHRIMP BOIL WITH SUNNY DELIGHT?! | Double Toasted Bites - Last night we got an email talking a shrimp boil that was ... really strange. It wasn't a recipe we knew of, and what you'll see here isn't gonna' be us trying a Louisiana Style Sauce, or how to boil shrimp cajun style, or a mukbang, and we weren't watching someone do this boil in an oven or stove or instant pot, but even watching someone boil shrimp in a dirty bag would be more appetizing than seeing this man on Tik Tok doing this with Sunny Delight orange juice! We don't talk about seafood normally, but let us know in the comment section if you have answers to some of our questions as they boil through our heads while we watch this video!

It's platinum! I follow him on tiktok and according to him he uses Sunny D to balance out the flavor. But he makes other amazing dishes that are not seafood related. Also he gives back constantly to his community and is a legitimate business owner.

Freshly chopped mint leaves goes well with ground pork. When I make pork burgers I mix the meat with shredded mint and the next day when I cook them it taste good. It gives a kind of splash of freshness to the pork.

Yeah the sea food might be good,.. i use actual orange juice for orange chicken,..i use alot Chili' , the sugar and citrus will cut it,i also add honey to alot of my food

Chocolate too is good. I have a book that said that you can put chocolate, I believe dark chocolate and cocoa powder, to meat, chili, etc. I would use a little cocoa powder to make a homemade dry rub for my ribs and they came out very good when I baked them.

@@avgnfandon2 well the book is called Discover Chocolate from Clay Gordon. When I read it said you can put cocoa/chocolate. The first time I did it was when I was in culinary school and used it on chicken. My teachers said cocoa and chicken doesn't go well but I enjoyed it along with my other chef students. The second time I did it was on ribs. I did a combination of cocoa powder, seasoning salt, fine thyme leaves(fresh or dried is fine) other herbs and some brown sugar to balance out the saltiness. I was my meat with vinegar or lemon juice, since my family does it and to make the rub stick I added honey then spread the rub and let it marinate overnight. The next day, since I don't have a grill, I bake it in the oven for about a hour, brushing bbq sauce when I can until done then brush more sauce and eat. I enjoyed it very much, but my family who are old fashioned didn't care for it. The cocoa powder is different, and I wanted to experiment with it again. I even crushed cocoa nibs to rub for the heck of it, but you don't have to do it since I was just trying something new.

My momma uses cocoa powder in her homemade chili, it gives it a little bit extra richness and darkness to the chili but not enough to throw it off
