I’ve dreamt of places just like that everything is empty there are no people and no escape and it’s sometimes dark it’s so eerie I don’t know why I have those dreams but I do it’s usually the same building too

Dude, I had asthma, panic attacks, and T1 diabetes at the same time for awhile. And an asthma attack, a panic attack, and a hypo (low blood sugar) all start with the same feeling, like I'm trying to suck in cold air through a straw and weakness. It would take ten minutes to figure out what I was having. It really sucked if it was just asthma, because taking my inhaler made me panic because I was illogically afraid of medicine for some reason. I couldn't even take ibuprofen. Which is weird because I had to take insulin everyday. I just always thought I was going to have anaphylaxis from something. Even the anxiety medication made me panic. Anxiety is fun like that.
