Just FYI, adding business details requires registering your business on TikTok, and that's not available to all countries (IE: South Africa isn't on their list when you add your address, so you can't proceed with the registration and therefore can't add your website address).

Melissa, what is your opinion on growing a following a TikTok first and then migrating followers to RU-vid? It appears that the megacorporations on RU-vid have ben saturating the platform now, aside from regular creators on here, and it has taken a turn for the worst for new, non-corporate content creators.
i feel like it doesnt work for me, i barely get views using those sounds. i might switch to creator just to use trending sounds and get my followers up and then switch back to business.

ive just switched from a business account to a personal account by doing this will the tiktok algorithm push my tiktoks further because im only making tech videos and my tiktok page isnt made for a business account? and is this why my vids are only getting 200-300 views at most.
With a business account, you get a lot more features. Why have you switched to a personal account? If you are creating tech videos you should use keywords in your videos that relate so you can rank

My manager disnt provide me with any username or password , just i made a fresh tiktok account and he gave that account access to only tiktok business , but if i need access to his , i will need him to fulfill the details of username and password right ?
@@themelissalaurie I think what they mean is that the title of the video indicates that there will be a comparison between the business and the personal account, however the video is mainly about the business account features. Hope this helps. 🙂
