That I’m a slave to my husband, he shouldn’t be that controlling, etc. However, when he takes me out wearing nice jewelry, going to expensive places and restaurants, they always say they wish they had my life. My wife is cooking right now every time she gets off work..even when I stopped working for awhile and she did, that hasn’t changed. She takes real good care of me and likewise even though I’m just a regular working man, not rich at all…and yeah she’s not from the western world.

He takes care of and protects me, works his butt off to give our family and his family an easy and good life, and I can have anything my heart desires. He is the kindest man I have ever met in my life, a good man. He will do anything for me and I for him. Most importantly, he loves Jesus. I want to please him and make him happy by being EVERYTHING a wife SHOULD be. Bonus, he is handsome. Marrying him was the best decision I made in my life second to accepting Christ as my Lord and Savior.

That "what do you bring to the table" question is a good qualifier for a woman. If a woman was raised to be a wife, she could easily answer that question. Shoutout to you ladies. I do the same for my husband… breakfast, lunch and dinner, daily! And I make his plate and serve him before myself and our son. I just told my husband the other day that if we have a daughter next, I’m going to start having her serve her brother his plate before herself by the time she’s 7 or 8. She has to learn early!! I’m going to show my kids how to PICK a partner as well, so they marry someone who will appreciate the qualities me and my husband would have worked years to instill in them.

When I was married my husband was a police officer. He would come home for lunch, which was dinner as he worked 2nd shift. I would have his plate hot and ready for him. All he had to do was come in, wash his hands and sit and eat, and go back to work. That's the way my mom raised me.

Speaking from a woman's perspective you have nailed it in regards to why some women behave the way that they do. Yes indeed despite being married, some women give such backlash when they see women like the ones on The Tick Tock clip because they are not getting the same treatment in their household. Most likely they're not getting that type of treatment because of the type of man they chose or because of the way they treat their husbands so maybe the husband feels underappreciated and figures he shouldn't do anything because after all she's not going to appreciate it anyway.

My husband and I both work fulltime, difficult, physically demanding jobs. I am usually home first. I cook. ^_^ Gladly. And the few times he is home first, or on vacation, he cooks! Because we love eachother! No other reason.

I love this woman. As a happily married wife, it makes my ❤ so happy to see other happily married wives. I also (VERY WILLINGLY) cook for my husband. I get up at between 1am-2am depending on his start time (log truck driver) and cook his breakfast so he has at least one hot meal. I also take the time the night before after he goes to sleep from his 13 hour day to cook and pack his lunch him lunch. Wives, DO NOT let someone else dictate what and how you should feel in your marriage. There is no faster marriage killer than other women.

As a wife and mom I commend these trad wives for trying to make positive vids to support their husbands and show that having a family is a blessing. I would do the same but I'm not gonna post my husband if he didn't want to be in vids and we won't ever post our kids (too many p--0s out there)

I'm really looking forward to when this whole societal-level, dysfunctional relationship dynamic turns a corner to where stable and happy relationships are once again back in style. Until then, I believe the best thing for everyone is to only commit to those that value stable relationships where there is mutual effort and shared fundamental values. Anything less isn't even worth committing to a relationship of any length of time and dating casually would be the answer in these cases.

I am a Work from Home, Stay at Home Wife. My husband pays literally ALL bills. I get off at 6pm, my husband gets off at 10pm. By the time he gets home, all he has to do is shower, take the trash out, & eat dinner. I make my plate & his plate, bring it to him with a napkin, silverware and a cold drink. I put his work clothes in the washer for the next workday. And we eat dinner together and talk about how our day went. And our household runs very smoothly and peacefully. I wasn’t even aware women frowned upon these such things until this video.😆 What the hell. So am I just supposed to nag my husband as soon as he walks through the door and tell him to heat up a tv dinner? Like I’m genuinely confused.😂
