I have a question.. I started my locs and they got thicker and i didn’t like the size so i split them i love them now but the way i did it a lot of them are different sizes and the parts are very different.. I want to restart so I can have them all the same size but at the same time i’m scared to because the length will go away and the process😭I would comb them out and restart the journey but I don’t want to regret it.. Should I restart to have them all the same size and fix the parting or keep it the way it is.. Hi, I'm a "white" guy and have my locks for over 10 years, something less then 80. I shower my dreads every day in summer and every 2nd in winter and don't have that big of an issue with sectionig and frizz. If they seperate then at the edges of my hair and then I pull them with a hook at the lenth of the dread. I see the whole journey more like wet felting. I hope this helps someone.
