Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Very tasty sharp cheddar in 9 oz block. Texture is smoother and softer, not crumbly. Bought on sale at Pic n Save grocery in Appleton, WI in January 2023 for approximately $3.70, was on sale, normal price $4.75. Excellent on sandwiches and crackers. Good cheese to shred and use on Mexican food too. Their website is www.tillamook.com. Like other Tillamook cheeses, this product is NOT made with animal rennet, it is a vegetarian cheese! Shoot from the hip rating 90-92 of 100.
