That clearing and raising of the left hip is the key to provide loads of room to tilt the spine and rotate hard to the left. Great videos guys. I'm a lefty but have no problem mirroring these moves. For me it's the right hip. I'll tell ya that feeling of it raising fully cleared out of the way and that spine tilt with low hands feels so powerful.
The key as we have mentioned in some other comments is to enable the spine to tilt but don't bend. That is where the motion of the hips and the angles of the pelvis comes in. If you can have the pelvis move properly then the spine has the right tilt to it without having to bend the back structure while rotating. We always want our students to have a lot of rotation, but if you bend the back at the same time you ask for disc issues. So get the hips to allow the pelvis to tilt in sync with the rotation and then you can move through the ball with speed without a bent spinal structure.
@@AltaViewGolf Yes, that's the work now and I'll focus on this aspect. Much to integrate but hips, pelvis, not bending the spine and allowing the proper spine tilt to maintain through the rotation is the key for consistent speed and ball flight. Gonna be continue working on this for sure.
