TIM-011 units and tutorials in TRSE 

Today I finished most of TRSE units for TIM-011, added support for CP/M system calls, TIM-specific system calls, graphics, tiles and 8x8 font routines. I also converted experiments I did in C earlier into
seven tutorials that are displayed in this video.
