it's really not that bad bro, but like, i've quit alcohol 1liter/day, i've quit everything under the sun, rehab 3x (just to get monitored tbh) and while cigarettes were the hardest I've stopped three diff times. Why'd I ever restart? Boredom, but if you get past the two weeks and just like grind out the feen it's just like sales man. Just pick up the phone - have a coffee, taste food again, etc. I actually miss dipping more than cigs but I've smoked newports from like age 13-24? Then like 29-32?
When I realised my sex life improved in 3 weeks I quickly forgot about smoking, I loved the feeling of staying hard during positions, not being out of breath halfway in and actually being able to shoot healthy loads all over my girlfriend at the time
Look into belly breathing and nasal/diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Getting proper airflow will help increase proper blood flow and in turn increase libido. Among many other positive side effects.
