I completely agree with owning less and being happier. Before moving to London, I went through and donated a ton of things I never thought I would. I felt so much better. Instead of buying little things for fun, buy a few higher quality items and take care of them.
Hey Kevin, Listened to this the other day; great show. got me back on your podcasts the recent tech show with Alex was fantastic brought back some memories to when I came over to see diggnation live in London years ago. Just got back from a wedding party 2.5 days away. My wife and I got SMASHED!!! Like we were fucking teenagers. My wife slept in the bathtub and I drunk texted her sister the bride (nothing bad, but confusing enough to be up to interpretation). Being a daddy was the first time I ever felt like I had a reason to live. It gave my life meaning in the most inexplicably significant way.
Hi Kevin....Where were you when you filmed the David Blaine video....? I only ask actually as I am a big fan of the artist Robert Parke Harrison, and I saw at least one of his photographic artworks on the wall behind David Blaine, it actually looked like there were more images all over the walls...Is that your home, and if so, are these original platinum prints, tell me more please...!! Or were you at a photographic gallery...?? I'm just curious...few people know of his amazing work...and if they are your original prints, I am very VERY envious...!! I met Robert a few years ago when I was a photography student, I travelled from the UK to Ireland to hear his lecture, and then spent a couple of days with him and his family....Thanks. Richard
