When he spoke about different bibles, It reminded me of what I read once. I was in a bookstore and picked up the "college campus" bible. When I opened it up, it was just pure hilarity. There was a verse where God said "I dig it." I....dig....it. Now y'all know good and well God did not speak like that. I literally laughed so loud and everyone looked at me. But I couldn't help it.
Sadly, as funny as he is he doesn't know that the polygamy thing was outlawed by the church decades ago. There was a colony that still practiced it but they were more of a cult and not affiliated with the LDS church even though they claimed to be.
I'm a little offended (not really) that he didn't have a go at us atheists. I've had people tell me that atheism is a religion too! Kinda like "Off" is a TV channel, I suppose :) Anyway, I agree it's important to be able to laugh at yourself, and to accept that other people view the world differently. We kinda all share the same life, and love, acceptance and tolerance seems easier than hating everybody who is, or thinks, different. Peace :)
