I absolutely love this podcast. It’s actually the first one I’ve ever listened to. I have to admit this is my first full season watching mls. I started last year when Messi came to town and haven’t missed a game. I’ve always been an avid soccer fan (playing, coaching, watching national teams, kids names are Landon and Mia) but couldn’t get in to mls. I’ve grown to love the guys on the team and enjoy watching them every week. The podcast gives a little peek in to the team, mls and soccer in general, plus the insight of the guests who come on the show, which is awesome. If I weren’t already a Miami fan, I definitely would be swayed bc of JG24! What a guy!
My 13 year old autistic son loves listening to this podcast. He used to always listen to Zee soccer podcast. He was excited to know Gressel is involved in another podcast.
This podcast is a great workout companion, especially this episode. Tim and Julian’s thoughts on developing as players and people really gave me a boost in morale!! Keep it up boys!
Julian and Tim's late developers' stories are motivation for kids who are going through hard times in youth games or being told they are not good enough to move on to next level
What a podcast! Always excited to listen. Never watched Zealand before this podcast started, but I see why he is a successful streamer. I have been a fan of Julian for quite some time back since the DC days. Keep it up! (Also please consider me for the signed ball 😊 me and my four kids would display it proudly!)
Miami fans are real hot and cold on Gressel but it became very clear during the period that Messi was out and injured that he was indispensable with regards to keeping the team winning. Without him (among a ton of other factors) Miami would not have lifted the supporters shield. Congrats Julian!
Zealand is a great interviewer and I loved hearing Tim's perspective on youth soccer development in the US and England. I cannot imagine telling a young person they cannot achieve a dream when they are 12 or younger. I am inspired by Tim and Julian for grinding their way to reach the heights that they have reached. Hopefully one or both of these great players tries coaching down the road because I believe that more quality coaching is the missing ingredient to growing soccer in the US.
My son is a hug soccer fan & watching Inter Miami with him really got me into soccer too! It has really been a huge bonding time for us. Thank yall for this podcast and thank you Julian for sharing your experiences with us 🩷🖤
Really enjoy this podcast. We are huge Inter Miam fans. Gave my grandson a trip to watch a game for his 12th birthday. We flew down Saturday April 20th from Rochester, NY, saw you beat Nashville (awesome) and flew back Sunday morning. I think we were in Ft. Lauderdale for 15 hours but had so much fun. Planning another trip next year. Keep up the good work.
Gressel has quite the trophy cabinet, he is an astonishing player. Always showed up when was needed and without a doubt had an impact on Miami winning the supporters shield. Hope to see him more on the field. Arriba la familia!!!
This is the first time I’ve seen the podcast vs hearing it on Spotify! You guys help me get through my long runs so thank you, thank you, thank you for that. Loved hearing Tim Ream’s perspective. I had to stop running during the stink eye story because I was laughing too much.
What a great episode! Being from ST. Louis it did hurt a bit to hear that Tim wasn't even given a call. Looking forward to seeing him when he returns to City Park in November.
Really enjoy the content of this podcast. Julian is the team MVP of the season. He played most of the games and supported the team in different roles. Goals are the result of a team effort. Just clutch all season. Good luck in the playoffs.
this channel is way too small to be able to give away a ball signed by the man who beat the mls julian gressel former toni kross from the states of united america incredible work you beautiful man and zealand
Great podcast to get a little insight into Inter Miami and MLS. I was at both, the leagues cup game against Columbus, and the regular MLS game where Inter Miami won the supporters shield. I would love to be able to take home a little piece of history.
Great pod boys, keep up the great work! Really like how u talk about more than just inter Miami, I'm an inter Miami fan but like hearing perspective on other things!
The best types shows are the ones with current players hosting! I love all the insight and small anecdotes you only can get on this show. Great job, my daughter knew you but asked “where’s Messi” haha.
Watching this podcast has unironically got me interested in american football (MLS) way more now and i love how Zealand has managed to bridge the gap from a European audience
Hey guys, it’s was good podcast today so I love Julia Gressel. I love Tim so that was a great conversation today. I really really enjoy it so keep it up guys!👏👏
I am a firm believer the podcast manifested the new line of Messi Fragrance! In all seriousness, congratulations to Julian & the rest of the team, but in specifically to all the hard work he has done and adding another trophy to his name! Looking forward to the MLS playoffs and do believe it is Gresselmania ~
Love the podcast guys. Haven’t missed an episode since you started. Listen every new one on Apple but like being able to watch on RU-vid! The duo we didn’t know we needed until it happened!
hey, great show as always. i’ve been listening on apple, but this is better. loved the guest as well. congratulations Julian on yet another trophy. who knew?
Pretty good podcast episode about Tim’s perspective views & his career! BTW, a big congratulations to Inter Miami for earning the 2024 MLS Supporters Shield especially for Julian & the legend of all…Messi!
Julian you are truly one of my fave players, keep up the good work on and off the field! I usually only listen to these but the videos taking it to a whole new level 😎⚽️
I listen to every episode on Apple Podcasts but this is my first time visiting the RU-vid channel. Very cool to actually see you guys! Needless to say this is how I’ll be tuning in for future episodes 😎
man never really thought about starting later affecting longevity that much really puts into perspective the careers of some south american players who start first team football at like 16
Congrats Julian on Supporters Shield (if in any other league you would be crowned league champs)!! Points record next then MLS Cup 🤞. Vamos Inter Miami 🩷🖤. Subscribed to Player / Manager since day 1, all platforms. Keeps getting better!!
Love this podcast. Always a huge Messi fan and honestly when I saw Gressel first start playing I was a fan of Gressel the player. This podcast made me root for Gressel the person. Also…I didn’t even know what player manager was but this podcast made me check it out 😂
hey guys, inter miami fan since the club was founded and love the work gressels been doing, would also love a signed ball but keep up the great performances‼️
Great pod Z. Tim ream is a cool dude and seems to have such a good attitude about the game, surely a great influence on the locker room for club and country
NICE EPISODE!! FUNNY ENOUGH I WAS IN THE SECTION WHERE THE LIGHTS WERE OUT. IM PRETTY SURE EVEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE TO NOTICE IN MY SECTION HAHA. ANYWAY HOPE I WIN THE SOCCER BALL LOL CHEERS
Personal question for Julian. In his career, he has built a reputation as a multi purpose player who has the ability to play on several positions no matter the situation. I originally had built myself as my team's right back but then in my junior year we got a new coach who would only play me as a left wing where I failed under the preasure and caused mr to quit (big regret and shame in my life to this day). How does Julian prepare and manage these kind of situational demands?
Loving the Pod guys. Greetings from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. As you may know Tyrese Spicer a Trinidadian 🇹🇹 was drafted first overall for Toronto FC and has been pretty decent for his first season in the MLS. I would like to know as a draft pick yourself Julian, what pressures came with being picked in the draft and what was it like winning rookie of the year?
Always excited when i seen a new episode drop. Loving the fact that i can watch on youtube now! Is the rumor true that Zealand is going to be the cover athlete for Middle School Track & Field Manager 2025 (now on Unity)?
I thought my comment in the jersey contest was a shoo-in to win 😅 My ten-year-old nephew is a huge soccer fan and I know it would make his world if I gave him the signed soccer ball, so I humbly submit another entry!
Tim ream the 🐐! Love the podcast, I think it would be cool if you could get a younger usmnt player or mls player on the podcast. I think it would be really interesting to get the perspective of what it’s like for those young players. Maybe like a Brendon Aaronson. Or just any Austin fc player (guess what team I support lol).
the youth set up of the states is super interesting might be a good idea to have a member of the miami team that went through it on to talk about it more in depth.
I agree, Having kids and sleeping in until 7:30 is a luxury. Let Ream know I my daughter to make my coffee For me. It helps with the kids early morning energy
