We have even more information about Timberborn Update 6. Whats happening with mods and map making? A lot of new and great things are happening with the Update 6
Very happy to see this. For whatever reason, I could never get mods to work with the methods we have now. This will make it much easier to try new maps and mods. I'm also curious to see what else is in store for Update 6, but this is a big one.
agreed. It really bugs me getting a mod to work then the following week theres an update and you got to change all the stuff. I'm not that tech savvy so I'd play without the mods in the end.
I forgot that some people couldnt get mods to work, this is absolutely huge for them and hopefully this also means that mods dont have to be updated for every Timberborn update. im expecting a lot of new things in Update 6

I stopped playing the game when bad times were introduced because I couldn’t get the automatic flood gate mod to work (this was before I knew you could turn bad times off), but now with steam workshop integration fingers crossed the mods will work and stay working, which means I can play the game with bad tides!
