I've had good luck with Krux bushings. Just threw a set of Mini-Logo Mediums on some Tensors. They seem good so far. I use the hard Bones bushings sometimes, no issues. Otherwise i just use Indy bushings 90A-96A depending on the setup.

Tom - CCS truck bushings (navy blue or black) - they will not crack in winter. Skated in 20-30 degrees all winter and they still turned and bounced back on pinched grinds. I put these on thunder trucks.

Board wizard here ! 🧙🏽‍♂️ If you like your current bushing set up id stick with it, but if you get the chance try out thunders medium dark blue bushings they arent the clear or translucent bushings their a solid dark blue color all the way through i think their a 94a bushing i dont have any threads showing as far as my kingpin its flush and i prefer my trucks medium tight i have stability maneuverability when i need it seems to be good year round in the Midwest I've ridden them in the winter & summer when it gets alittle cold i'll loosen them just a hair and as the session progresses i'll check my setup but more often than not their good i dont really have to think about my board ive been at it for 20 years i just trust that my feet are in the right spot and let the muscle memory take over if i do have an issue i know where to go and its usually my trucks occasionally i'll have an odd shape but i work with it

Gotta give those thunder bushings a little time! They feel super good once they’re properly worn in Thunder do make softer bushings too in their “bushing upgrade kits” you’d probably want the red 90DU ones

Trust me you're not the only person that's complained about how fast bones bushings squat out. Ben Degros talked about this exact issue in the past. He said "they're good bushings, but they don't last more than a month"

Had the same issue with the bones bushings. You need to try the hard ones. They feel like medium after a few Sessions and never blow out. I didn't believe it either till i tried.

I go with a stock thunder bushing on the top with a washer and a bones medium bushing on the bottom with no washer on my thunders and it works perfect no blowouts

Sick video as always. I've been using Ace low hard bushings. They're hards but still turn great. The regular low ones just felt like I was on low Aces which is too carvy for me.

i was at whitehall sp in philly last week and the wind was blowing across the field so hard that we were only skating the ramps on the side where the school is. back in the early 90s i had a job pouring polyurethane parts for oil companys around houston tx and they were indestructible. now i heard they changed something about the process to make poly more biodegradable. i cant help but think thats why most of us have bushing problems. im quick to blame china most of the time but i have a feeling its the polyurethane used to make them. when i was younger i used to change them right at the start and never give them another thought.

I want to try the shorter wheel base with 8.25 so I ordered up a Delphino Ego board. Stoked on it and can’t wait. My almost deck wheel base is 14.27 and feels long as F.

I could only skate the Bones Bushings for a little while. They would almost always blow out after 4-6 weeks and it would suck to have to buy them again every time. I stopped after about a year and have just stuck with stock bushings.

try a full set of ace ive seen that youve used them in the past but try running the full set rather than just the top as a bottom. They also do ace low ones that you may have to use in the thunder trucks as theyre lower than ace standards, but the bushings have really high rebound like the bones hardcores.

Stock (thunder) white med bottom and( bones) med tops it perfect.

Try medium indy bushings Tom! Good turn and they hold up pretty good!

I swear there's no such thing as truly good bushings. Any bushings I try feel good for a week or two at best and then either blow out or just generally feel bad

Bro! I can totally relate with the bones bushings. I used to swear by them and I never had any issues...until recently when my shit kept getting pancaked and I rode my nephews board. It was like night and day and he had stock indie bushings. I don't think I can ride bones anymore. Maybe their formula changed??
