I started training with you guys 6 weeks ago. I had been going back to the 15 minute beginner session around once a week but upping my effort for a quick burn. This is now the session I will be using instead. And also, thanks! I was seriously unfit and overweight. I am still overweight but am shedding weight, replacing fat with muscle, and am fitter than I've been in years.
Haven't done it yet but I know this will be one of my faves. This is similar to another one in your library, except this one finishes you off with all out at the end at 10/10. Love it, thank you!
It waa a good 15 minute challenge. I felt it. You want that burn, its progress. I like spicy a good word I will use it . I'm going to do it twice. I love the burn/challenge. Thank you
Its a fun workout, but if you're fairly advanced it won't be difficult enough for you. One I come to on days when I want a little push but not something that'll leave you drained.
