There are so many different things like this that are great reminders that we are living life through a lens and it is so refreshing to have conversations like this as reminder
To a mayfly, a single hour may last as long as a century. Perhaps old mayflies sit around complaining about how life this minute isn't a patch on the good old minutes of long ago, when the world was young and the sun seemed so much brighter and larvae showed you a bit of respect. Whereas the trees, which are not famous for their quick reactions, may just have time to notice the way the sky keeps flickering before the dry rot and woodworm set in. - Terry Pratchett
1:06 Trees are also "cool." All those bareroot trees I planted 24 years ago are towering now. To all the people watching this vid (especially if you are young), plant a tree. When you are 61 years old, you will marvel at its growth. It's a very good feeling.
I keep talking to people about how time feels like it's moving faster each year. i suppose it's just getting older but it sure does feel like it's speeding up.
Hello brother! Greetings from Finland! This was second video I watched from U! First was about : drying tobacco leafs.. (I haven’t never grown tobacco, but I might have some seeds.. ”virginia tobacco” if I remember right.. dought those U were talking about, sounded much more interesting lineage;) Maybe some day in the future I grow some.. ”Time will thell”.. From thease 2 videos… Overal : good thinking and nice view’s.. I feel / can relate.. All the best!!!.. Blis’sings’! -Sami
funny, i recently lost my driving licensee, temperately hopefully, but experiencing taking the bus made me reflect on this matter, I've found that efficiency on commuting is really not that impotent. as long as I'm on "exploring mode" going to new places and experiencing new activities. also when i do yoga I'm having so much fun. an hour passes by so quickly it's mesmerizing. Cheers.
We are all observers. Time is a tangible object in the higher dimensions, but we can only observe what we call "time" from our relative perspective. Everything that can, has, and will happen, has already happened. But we dont experience it that way. There is not only linear time, but there are multiple timelines...we just cant travel to a single point in one or any of them...we are stuck in the observer dimension. Theres way more to it tho. Ur awesome keep these videos coming
1:33 I just down to get my mail and noticed that many of the trees in my yard are Black Walnut that I didn't plant. I have several nut bearing walnut trees, but the squirrels as chowhounds they are get all the nut, bury them and forget about them. I hardly ever get any walnuts. I tree that grows by seed is much more hardy and healthier than a 6-8-foot tree that is transplanted. Most of those trees will die with 10 years. Anyone watching this vid, don't waste your time on those 6' young trees. Go bareroot.
3:18 That's the question. I was really down a week ago and thoughts of SI although always in my mind were magnified, but it's always the question Hamlet asked isn't it: To be, or not to be, that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles And by opposing end them. To die-to sleep, No more; and by a sleep to say we end The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks That flesh is heir to: 'tis a consummation Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep; To sleep, perchance to dream-ay, there's the rub: For in that sleep of death what dreams may come, When we have shuffled off this mortal coil, Must give us pause-there's the respect That makes calamity of so long life. For who would bear the whips and scorns of time, Th'oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely, The pangs of dispriz'd love, the law's delay, The insolence of office, and the spurns That patient merit of th'unworthy takes, When he himself might his quietus make With a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear, To grunt and sweat under a weary life, But that the dread of something after death, The undiscovere'd country, from whose bourn No traveller returns, puzzles the will, And makes us rather bear those ills we have Than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience doth make cowards of us all, And thus the native hue of resolution Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought, And enterprises of great pith and moment With this regard their currents turn awry And lose the name of action.
time is the missing factor of electro-magnetism. in a sense, there are infinite formattings of time according to the system of observers that compose its particular ring or circle. once the revolutions exhaust a particular system it then transpires into a vortex which then repurposes that energy. so time as we experience it, is a multi-layered illusion which is simply the notion of physicality of existence. without time, matter cannot exist; for all forms must die. this means, all forms are bound by time, and time is the lord of all creations: bringing them into being and simultaneously compressing them into optimal form. not a perfect process, so time carries on, while all beings of all degrees of perceived-importance continually are enslaved by this pressure of recurrence, or dissolve into larger and larger forms
Must mention Einstein’s thought, something like, a minute with your hand on a hot stove vs a minute with a pretty lady on your lap are miles apart. Also regarding time going faster when you’re older, that is a real feeling due to the relatively of how long you’ve lived; like a year when you’re 10 is 1/10 of your life but if you’re 100 that year is only 1/100 of your life. Right?
How come nobody spoke about time for like, a good 6 months and then now the few people I follow who have absolutely no connection to one another are all talking about time, at the same time. Maybe there is a hidden person not factored into my equation. Like a domino effect but of the alternative guru/media way? Or is it just a strange coincidence lol. This isn’t the first time i’ve noticed this happen either. I’m hoping you can relate to this Carpo. I don’t think it’s necessarily synchronicity but it’s entertainingly interesting if that makes sense
I wasn't aware that everyone was talking about time, but I'm not surprised. I don't believe in coincidences, I really think there's something big going on out there right now
