Primarily falling asleep, mind races, stressful period. Stopping KDP at 9pm and turning off the computer helps when I stick to it. Started walking, big time helps. Suggestions welcome.
I love this, it's taken me a long time to come to approximately the same kind of schedule, so this reinforces these concepts, and I'm sure it's gonna help people trying to figure this out
Haha! YT is definitely one of my favorite ways to distract myself. Hopefully if you use at least one of these tips it will cancel out the distraction. 😂
