Thanks for this video, I'm not forgetting that idea of making art being something incredible, the ability to put images in paper from your mind. I have a similar thought to that, I get back to it when I or someone else is frustrated about the results of their art; whatever you made, no matter the quality, it's yours and completely unique in the world. Those exact lines are yours and only yours.
As funny as it is - I never had this doubt/problem, drawing is just so natural. It's like, idk, breathing? Bored - do art, stressed - do art, have some free time - do art, can't sleep - do art. I do little doodles while I am dead in my damn dota matches or while I q for match. Probs also not very healthy approach to this, but at least I am having fun. Thanks for posting, kyo, you are such an inspiration always!
i would say that's the better "problem" to have! Certainly healthier than what I touch on in this video. believe it or not, many don't find the joy as easily, so it's great that you already do :)
Oh ye, I def saw enough of people just not having fun with art and it makes me just sad for them. I had a bit of "omg I hate how this all turns out" bit, but there's always ugly phase and it's ok, I survived, maybe even still getting better (:
