We usually hunt with dogs here in Virginia, and when nothing's happening out in the woods, I'll go ahead and pick up the rod and fish. Especially on those warm November days, the rock bass are usually biting here lol

Personally I love both Casting and Blasting, but when fall & winter time comes around I am most definitely excited to get out the hunting gear and hit the fields and woods! Doesn't mean I wont take a day to go fishing when the hunting is slow though! Great vid keep at it brother!

I like to fish during hunting seasons. You can have the water to yourself. Especially turkey season, which is basically the month of the bass spawn around here.

I got a Profishency 4'6" micro rod. I highly suggest getting one. They cast like a dream. They're really short and can handle big fish. I tested it on a lake and landed a 15" largey no problem.

Rig that kayak up for fishing and waterfowl hunting. Just avoid the white water. You can do both.

I've loved your channel for years now. It's a nobrainer for me, I'm not a hunter, yet, so fishing it is! Im a big game fish hunter, but you taught me how much fun creek fishing is. I fish with lures and jigs but I also fish with a lot of live bait. Ive caught some really nice smallmouth and channel cats in small creeks. Being from Elgin Illinois there are several creeks in the area that join rivers. Its a bounty of great fishing in very overlooked areas. I love the scriptures at the end. God bless you sir. 🙏

50 years ago, I had to choose between hunting or fishing as I couldn't afford to do both. I chose fishing and have never regretted it. Autumn is a great time to fish. Don't give it up!

It's much easier for me to find a place to fish than to hunt so I'm all in for more fishing for your content. Even in the dead of winter, can always target trout and sauger/walleye in streams and tailwaters. Keep em coming my friend!

Last year I put up my kayak up around the end of October; however, I saw myself looking out the window in November at some prime fishing days and maybe a few in December. Not going to make that mistake again. If I had to choose only one, I would choose fishing.

you should think about some sw fishing down at the beach - bring a frozen chunk of chum to hang over side once you have trolled up on something #fall blitz salt water fishing is always a little sketchy - the rougher water, the weather and timing to catch the fish at the right time - you have to do your homework and also have some luck

Yes sir fall is a great time for me on the creek and rivers. We tend to stay upstream from the hunting spots for the most part. We've literally been out a handful of Saturdays and nobody was fishing. More smallies for us. Gotta have a spinnerbait tied on. Blessings John

Fall fishing is my favorite. I love the fall season but also I coach a baseball team and it’s slows down in the fall with shorter practices and less tourneys so I get more fishing time.

You can do both. Fishing is all year and hunting has a short season and you don't need to be hunting all the time. Mix it up.

I’m 20 seconds in and I really hope you film some hunts lol. I am an avid deer hunter (got 4 bucks in the last 2 years in ohio and Kentucky). Already got some doves a couple times this year also. By the way, I still fish 5-7 days a week too (and film for RU-vid which I still need a lap top so I can edit and post my stuff from the last 8 months) and have a full time job and a wife. You can keep them all going!! Sorry it’s a long post but I am here to encourages folks to get out and explore!!

I put away the rod and reels till spring and go hunt but I don't put away the rods and reels till rifle season... I love fishing more than I love hunting but fishing sucks in the winter here in middle Tennessee.

I'd say hunting only because fishing you can do year round, there isn't a season. With hunting it's mainly early fall till end of winter for most seasons.
