And we feel we're really alone when family don't get it BUT so many feel like that / understand it and so we're really not alone. Do you have anyone to talk to? If you're young ask your mom to go to therapist maybe? If not, maybe you can check out the NAMI website for depression resources?

@@kennspiration8180 Yeah Tyler's known for that in fact in Not today he has the lyric that says I know it's a contradiction how happy it sounds but the lyrics are so down lol. I think he writes that way because he knows his music is targeted to a certain audience people like myself that have mental health issues we resonate with their music so he makes it easier to listen to so as to not completely devastate you when listening. At 1 of their concerts I went to as well when they were getting ready to perform Tree's he said people ask why is so much of your music dark but your shows are like a celebration he said because we're celebrating the fact that we survived that day and we made it to that show. I know he was doing a bit better for a bit but I'm pretty sure he's in a pretty dark place again right now which is very very concerning 🥺🥺🥺

@@testimusicali6445 Hi my fren again lol yeah I met Josh once and Tyler twice what was so awesome is it was almost 2 years between the first time I met Tyler to the second time and he actually remembered me because I did the handshake with them both and he actually remembered me!! It was really awesome, I asked Tyler about his tattoos he explained and just let me say they are both so sweet and so kind!! I was shaking and crying when I met them and Tyler wiped my tears off with a tissue and said you're ok don't cry at which point I was just a mushy mess lol. Yeah they're such sweethearts and you really really sincerely love us in the Clique that's very obvious. 💛💛||-//

Yeah I know, that sounds totally lame... but I had a pretty rough start to work this morning, and reading this on my break legit gave me my first smile of the day. So, thanks for that. And yeah, when it comes to discussing music, especially music I happen to really love, I can go a bit overboard lol, so the fact you actually had a positive reaction to my short story of a comment rather than instantly shitting on it or complaining about it’s length (which is the norm for me... I mean, this IS RU-vid, after all) and asking for a TL;DR... it just really means something to me. So... a few things - first off I think it’s not only a great idea, but would definitely make for a great video if you seriously listen to I Need Something for the first time on cam and give us your honest first reaction, cause it’s such a powerful song. Second, and I only just found this out 20 mins ago... the version of the song I’ve had for the past 7 years or so was an incomplete rip and only clocked in at about 1:45... and it’s was a demo, so it wasn’t the best sounding. Regardless, the song is so good it never really mattered. BUT... (and this kinda blows my mind) I discovered something when I did a quick search of it to make sure it would be easy for you to find, and great news. Tyler ended up including a fully completed version of this song, in CD / iTunes quality, on the Level Of Concern USB drive that a few fans were lucky enough to get, and they shared it with the rest of us. So there’s now a complete version of this beautiful song in MUCH better quality, that clocks in at about 3:00 now, so I would suggest you looking for that one to react to. Its 20x better than the version that’s been available. But how random though..? I hadn’t thought about this song for a month or so... and the day after I suggest it to you, a complete version had surfaced in much better quality. And of all the unreleased material they must have... it’s this super dark song that gets included with Level Of Concern, an arguably upbeat song. The contrast between the two... it’s like comparing the North and South Pole. Okay, I’m babbling again so I’ll wrap this up. Just wanted to say I enjoy your content and really look forward to what you think of the song. It’s a downer though so be prepared, but I’d say it’s the definition of melancholy... it’s sad and beautiful simultaneously. Blurryface has so many great tracks, but to be honest... I think Vessel is probably my favorite record of theirs. I’ll never forget the first time I heard Ode To Sleep, it’s when I knew I truly loved these guys and the music they come up with.
