I've seen a homebrew copy of C64 Parasol Stars is in the works, which looks promising, so maybe we will finally get it on the beige bread box

It's pretty expensive for what it is to be honest. I was hoping Taito would look through their archive and finally release the legendary arcade original which was cancelled., maybe add a couple of other ports Etc.

Arcade Archives never get a discount so I've never bought Sunset Riders even though I'd really like to. I'll keep using the SNES/MAME roms.

Parasol Stars, the entry overshadowed by Bubble Bobble... which is in turn overshadowed by Bust-A-Move. Amazing how many times the same IP can overshadow itself. 0:14 - Oh, it released on PC Engine first? I thought Taito made almost all their early games for arcade then ported over. 0:48 - Shame; it's single-screen gameplay and simple controls seem like they'd work wonders on those systems. Still, it got placed on a nice plethora of systems at the time. 1:41 - Save States are always an appreciated addition. Not just because of the difficulty of these older games, but also for the convenience of time.
