Nice setup and shave. Color of that brush looks cool as well as the flexibility. Glad Monte is doing well. He’ll be back barking at the mailman soon if he hasn’t already. 😊
Ken, it's been a while since I watched a shave but the TIMELESS caught my eye. I have used a Timeless stainless matte finish with .95mm gap for the last few years and it is my favorite razor. It pairs well with your favorite blade (Gillette Wilkinson Sword) and my favorite the Treet Platinum Super Stainless. I can't wait to get this brush and a few knots to try out. Glad to hear Monte is doing well. God Bless, Brian
Thanks for the heads-up on this brush. I am going to check it out! So glad to see Monte is doing well!! Hope all is well with your entire family! JimG. P.S. Are you able to do an all or mostly all vintage shave?? That would be a great video in my opinion!
basically a "compression fitting" like a plumbing valve....ehh only so good as long as the rubber gaskets hold up. i enjoy a brush variety- but for that guy who only wants one.......lol
Hi! Ken, my one question as a long time wet shaver with many brushes in my collection - How do you store your brush collection? I use plastic tubes in a drawer. Very informative video on new Timeless Adjustable Brush. They make great razors. I love my bronze solid bar .038 blade gap. All the best to you and your family. Any demo on Masamume Adjustable ? Thanks.
Hey Ken, great video. Just got a 1976 super 109 (my birth year) and was just thinking about you since your video was where I first learned about them years ago when I first started wet shaving. Opted to get a re-plated one from razor emporium. Hope all is well with you and the family.
Very nice shave Ken. I have seen this brush because Mark Szorady reviewed it a few weeks ago. I don't think it's a space shaver because you still have up to 10 knots to store. However, it seems like a good product. Have a good week.
Hi. I have question.l have seen Some guys who use vintage shaving soaps and stick. I have a question that is expired shaving stick or shaving soap usable if it has been kept in good condition for example keeping away from water and keeping in cool place. Please make a video for it if it is possible. Thanks Hossein
Kent best wishes for you and you're family I'm a very old wet shaver , shaving my head for 46 years with straight razors , I just shave my beard after about 25 five years , during in service with the U.S.M.C. I use have shave two times a day because I'm one of the unlucky guy's who haves a very abundant beard for my bad luck , shave at 4:AM and then again at 1PM for many years after service no more face shaving and went to a Humangos Bear but kept shaving my head about 10 years ago a try the R41 that work awesome with feather blades and ASTRA GREAN , and work great but the only soup that works for me is CREMO CREAM because of the mousturerisers , no Nicks or cuts ,is there is soap as good as CREMO works for me? That's the $10,000 question , love you're show and you're stories !!!!! Best wishes for you !!!!!!! Carlo
WILD! Looks like a chore to use, but guessing no need to ever worry the brush knot later fall out from water-logging disrupting the glue connection between knot and handle.
Nope! not for me... it's a neat idea... but of you have a Rockwell 6c (the one with 15 different plates) and now 12 different shaving brush options it would me an hour and a half to shave... too much assembly... it's shaving... should not be some assembly required Ikea thing....just my opinion..
