Maintaining the cherished old school vibe, his noodles bask in a concoction of homemade pork lard, succulent prawns, tender pork belly, fresh sotong, and chives, all stir-fried. They're then lavishly soaked in a robust prawn head stock, capturing every bit of the crustacean's rich flavour. Served with a dash of fresh lime and homemade chilli sauce, each bite promises a burst of delights.
