This is too much value and effort put into this I've been looking for concert and festival breakdowns for Weeks now all giving half baked content. Im So happy right now! Thanks Tyler
Thank you David, I appreciate your comment big time… glad I could help! Lmk if you ever have anymore questions… more than glad to help out. I am positive you’d benefit from the discord community I’ve put together for this niche. Lmk if that sounds of interest to you!
Ayeee, thanks for the feedback... defintely making a concious effort to improve with every video. That is why I always tell anyone and everyone to just START! Because, no matter what in a couple months of doing something consistenly you'll be so much better!
OMG thanks for the tips bro. I just got into editing videos. Self Taught by the way but so far I'm learning a lot from you guys with experience and online teachings. Thanks for that I appreciate your hard work and coaching's. I subscribed thanks again.
Just started filming night life last week, completely different from anything I've ever filmed. Tonight will be my third shoot and I will 100% be using a lot of the techniques discussed in this video. Thank you for this, you might not understand how helpful this video is. I feel lost sitting in front of my computer editing all of the footage from the night but I think this time around I'll feel much more confident. Thank you!
Thanks for the comment Moto, I really appreciate it. Hahaha it really is completely different, I was talking with a buddy who got a camera and started nightlife at the same time which is exactly what I did 4 years ago. I think it's so tough to pick it up at the start cause' you've got to know your exposure triangle right away, push your camera to it's limits, know it like the back of your hand... in the dark... and you gotta be able to do that ALL super fast and not miss the shot, like at a festival for example. Glad you found the video helpful, do you have any further questions, or topics you'd like me to do videos on? Happy to help out, always! Confidence is key!
@@TylerCavallaro it’s definitely it’s own challenge. I’ll let you know if I have any questions after tonight, time to see what I retained from the video lol. Thank you again!
Tyler another amazing video. I am glad that i watched the sound design video first bc I was able to catch the effects in this video! You explain things so simple which makes the learning fun and easy! Thank you🔥
Thanks Samed, I appreciate the comment big time! This video might be helpful for you, I talk about my picture profile and the settings I use to film at nightclubs with my Sony A7s III!
lowkey, could use some beats in my videos every once in a while when I speed up an edition section. Could even do some promo and throw your name in the corner of the screen beats by: prod. ianh lgsa! I like the chill island vibe ones! contact@tylercavallaro.com
Insanely helpful - if you mentioned this in the video, I might have missed it: unless you’re shooting a raw clip, do you just shoot everything in 60fps?
Thank you for such an in-depth editing video. I'm always searching for these and rarely find them. I shoot more documentary "Slower Pace" videos but I'm trying to incorporate some new "Hyped Edits" into my style as well. I just purchased the a7siii recently as well and was just curious what PP you used for this edit or did you not use one? I'm learning more about Hlog3 but have yet to try it in a darker environment. Thanks for your time.
Hey Eric, I am so glad to hear that you thought the video was helpful. I respect trying to incorporate some "hyped edits" into a docu style video... would be stoked to see what that looks like... great way to grab attention sometimes too! I am utilzing slog 3 on the a7siii, I have a video discussing this further here my guy: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fLEp-LtyIcs.html Thanks for the comment, excited to see your work... what's your instagram? Also, what're your thoughts on the a7siii for docu style stuff... I think its the absolute perfect camera for me!
