The majority of fans who are Russo haters are people who literally believe Russo is the character he played on TV. Think of how insane it is for fans even to this day to cling to *hatred* of a guy who wrote a TV show 2 DECADES ago. They will do anything to attempt to discredit and malign this guy, and swear that *YOU* are wrong for being a normal human being who doesn't hate strangers over a wrestling show.

Russo comparing HBK to Seth Rollins destroys his credibility, if he even had any. What a shocker. It's really hard to take Vince's version of events seriously... For multiple reasons, but anyone who needs to preface a lot of things with "to be honest...". His version is almost the complete opposite of others, including Cornette.

I've been watching wrestling since 1965. Literally every week of 1998 mentioned is one of those memorable moments you just don't forget. Russo and Cornette are actually a good team. 2006-2009 TNA was also fantastic.

The Attitude Era and the lineup of guys you had in the locker room you couldn't have had a better group of guys in the Attitude Era then what they had.. But for me as im sure for others as well, the BIGGEST part of the Attitude Era for me was the Mcmahon Austin angle.. And The Rock!

Call me crazy but I actually believe almost all of what new Jack says. I just don’t think he really has any agenda and it’s not like his stories paint him out to be Jesus Christ or mother Theresa, he’s very candid about his own misgivings. If anything I’d question that he’s embellishing stories just based on the fact that we know and he’s admitted that he was fucked on cocaine most of the time. I dabbled in blow back in my younger years and I can’t remember shit from during most of my binges. Like a solid 3to 4 year span where my memory is spotty at best.

He really doesn't. Most notable, is he has claimed for years that Goldberg hurt him on purpose when he speared him through the cage. He claimed he told Goldberg he had a concussion and make sure to avoid the barricade because of his head. But he conveniently left out the fact that someone put up a huge pad on the barricade right before the cage match. You could see the finish coming from a mile away. This is the one where he became champion because he was technically the first one to "escape". Of course, this was also the first WCW cage match in history to have the winner be the one to escape the cage. He also takes credit for being the one to give Vince the idea to double cross Bret.
