Scaut and I man he’s my boy 😂 grow up nash where was u when SCAUT MAN was drinking a little to much and going down the gutter . You was laying back in your big condo counting yiyr money thinking your the man .
I knew that the Invasion Angle was going to suck once Shane was announced as the owner of WCW. When Stephanie was said to be owner of ECW, I avoided the Invasion altogether. And it was doomed to failure so I missed nothing.
I remember for weeks after they’d mock Shockmaster on commentary. Heenan said “Oh boy here he comes! Hide the china!” and Zybysko said “He’s really not bad when he actually makes it to the ring!”
I do notice the bitterness of Bruce Pritchard that he isn't on that list. He had no place being on it in the first place! He was just a sycophantic 'yes' man to Vince McMahon, and not a creative person.
As I see it, given all I have seen in the 32 years I have been watching professional wrestling, here are my top five bookers: 1. Paul Heyman 2. Pat Patterson 3. Jim Cornette 4. Jim Herd 5. Eddie Graham Vince Russo only did well in WWF because Vince McMahon and Pat Patterson had him on a tight leash and were very selective over which ideas they went with. He doesn't know the wrestling business anywhere near enough to be a compelling booker, and his untethered stint in WCW's last years shows you that. Pat Patterson was brilliant, and he and Paul Heyman really are head and shoulders above the rest.
My god the modern stuff has gotten bad. For the first time in over 30 years, I bought a ticket to an indy show. It was about ten miles outside of Waveland MS, and they run there once a month. $10 general admission, $15 ringside, and I doubt the gate was more than $1,200. The first segment featured a Stephane McMahon wannabe, who started going on about how they were going to have to start charging for parking. Then the first two matches. One of the performers was capable of doing an arm drag, but they all could climb up the ropes and throw punches. Third match. The first guy is introduced, and he is Hispanic. Before the opponent is introduced, here comes Stephanie again. They got into an argument/exposition/recap segment “last time before I had my match you demanded to see my green card… blah blah blah.” F this. I walked out.
1:13: Jim - The maddest the Midnights ever got at me was right before a match with Ronnie Garvin and Wahoo, I cut a promo and called them Barney Rubble and Fred Flintstone. That night, Ronnie and Wahoo took it out on the Midnights. After the match, Bobby told me never to do that again.
This sold almost a million Blu Ray dvds. Why would you put it on here for free? Ever wonder what your loyal paying customer base feels about this? Time for you to Hit the road, Jack! And don’t you come back no more!
In 1982 mid Atlantic,Georgia, mid south,Florida and WCCW had all the talent that WWE used to put them out of business in 85.they passed them around between the territories with no contracts until Vince stole all of them
@@swfcocs1 When did I say that? Stop making things up in your head about what I said. How did you get the idea that I expected it to be "in character"?
