It seems like they were more concerned about standing out from the competition with "cool" sectional vertical grooves and the crystal look, but never stopped to consider whether it was worth it. And their recommendation to brew coffee with such a low temp is downright bizarre. Thank you for the review.
85-92 sounds right for dark to medium and even light roast, I always use 93 for my local light roast (probably not extremely light). It brews much faster than my v60 with coarser grinds recipes (testu 4:6 recipe, zp6 grinder), and I prefer it most of the times.
I sure did. I actually tried using it for about 2 weeks straight back then, messing around with various pours and roasts. As a whole, it still produced cups that were "clean" and thin but a biiit too flat for me. I enjoy bigger juicier cups in general, but if the former is what you like, the Timemore may be for you!
You should start making youtube shorts. You can make use of the algorithm better that way. It's not ideal to have such high quality videos to have such less views.
