My dad does security for the Mets baseball team , ive seen and heard awful stories about "fans" that would make your skin crawl ... getting arrested for throwing a water bottle is not unexpected . It's justified and if someone acts like an asshole they'll get treated like one. You don't know what's in that water bottle and you can't just throw stuff at players . Because the players will get sued if they turn and punch the person . Just because we pay to be there , doesn't mean that buys us a ticket to be a scum bag .
