No cooling water. I guess it is more important to fill that up than the oil level check. But any mechanic who does this himself should know it. Thanks for showing, makes the job easier for me to 1st time chage is at my car.
@@mechanical-MAT What i mean to say with my response is that someone who is not a trained mechanic can oversee filling up the coolingfluid when trying this for the first time. For the rest it is very helpfull when you, like me.....don't know the car yet.
@@mechanical-MAT so u made 2 marks on both the cam and crank sides right? Does it matter where u marked them or as long as it line up before taking off the timing belt it doesn’t matter where u mark them? I heard u need to not move both marks while taking off and installing timing belt in order not to mess up the timing
@@blackysan brother. Befor remove the old belt. You have to mark the camshaft and crankshaft. You can also mark the belt with camshaft pinion and crankshaft pinion. Instal time you do the same marks in new belt to instal in same timing position. This all with out timing special tools. Thanks bro
You were so lucky to not have a check engine after this...if someone wants to do it without the locking tools, be aware if u are lucky you can do it lime this if not (like me) you will need the locking tools
It not luck. I do this job all time. I don't receive any problems after fixing timing with out tools. Also in all car with out special tools.. I do the timing.....
