Every Gond damn trial I watch lately has some freakin lady that coughs into a microphone and its getting MFing annoying!!! Why cant people remove themselves from a courtroom when they KNOW they can’t stop coughing!?!?!?
I was in a major car wreck cracked my skull in half on the left side of my head made me have alot of short & long term memory loss! It did not start making me go on hateful jealous spiteful pay u back ex killing spree of my children. Tim knew exactly what he was out 2 do . And that was 2 make his ex wife pay in regret through killing their children that she ever left him !!The way he killed the children was up close slow painful death he meant 4 them 2 suffer !
EVERY freakin trial i watch, same thing. Its like when they are picking jurors they are like "ok, we need one person with a chronic cough...you? No, okayy... You? Ok great, keep that going the whole trial"
I don't care how many doctors they call or how many defects he has in his brain he knew killing his kids ,running and deposing of their sweet little bodies was wrong. He deserves nothing less than the death penalty.
Who requested all these shrinks to evaluate that murdering pos? Their fees should be incurred by whomever requests their presence & not by us, the taxpayers. That rotten pos knew what he was doing & should be fried immediately.
I have always been against the death penalty simply because innocent people in the past have been executed!! In this case fry him he is the face of evil
agree totally. he did have issues. I believe he was a narcissist , he absolutely was abusive to.the kids in the last year minimum.. and his admonition. so while.i think he had a few issues he knew what he was doing. he over disciplined his son and killed the others to cover it up. and death penalty bc he was very aware of what he was doing. ..
I disagree. There is a significant deficit in America for treatment of mental illnesses. Take a drive in your neared large city…. Look around. Yes, he killed his kids. But the justice system needs to take his mental illness into his penalty. Instead of America paying out to other countries… take care and treat your own citizens first. Everyone everyone failed him. There were sooo many signs.
His family all praises him for being so smart. Parents praise their children way more for academic success or athletic success and not enough for simply being Good.
Plenty of people with damaged/ abnormal brain tissue never kill other people. People with mental illness have fought hard for respect and acceptance, and in the wrong hands, this kind of information could set that back 100 years.
I have learned a lot about the brain here.I think they need that Dr. To look at all brains in the prison and jailhouse.for real make it a normal part of a physical scan on the brain to see what make people that way.
Oh ya .....cough drops and water will cure any cough.....boom gone ... lololol... maybe they are sick as a dog and have to be there for hours listening to this ....
This professional doctor is talking about the defendant's brain and to compare with the normal brain. What about my brain disregard the misshapen head. This courtroom will be full of germs from those coughing at the end of the day.

While following this case I have seen more then half of the witness,s is all about him and trying to make excuses for what he did, but with a job as a Intel is proven there was nothing wrong with his ability hold down that job no brain damage and knows right from wrong which Only proves he killed those babies 1 by 1 looking them dead in the eye while he strangled them just out of spite so the mother could never see he children again and that's all no head injury can condon his behavior, and these explanation of his brain I jury I think we got it in the first 5 minutes what he was saying but he continued to speak like he was at lecture at uni for the next 1+ hours
26.30 is the choking person ok? I. Could hear her gasping for air. You people need to have compassion.Last i knew jury duty is mandatory. They cant wait to start the trial until everyone is quiet and healthy. It is so sad that this lady has been blasted so bad publically for being sick. What is wrong with people.

I agree. The poor person probably sick as a dog and has to sit there for hours and hours a day listening to all this. She or he could have bronchitis.......that cough lasts for months . Give the person a break . They dont wanna be coughing every two seconds.... They know it's annoying to everyone. Jezz
My husband as a TBI he was in a coma for 14 weeks had to learn to walk,talk,eat and even how to just use the toilet again hes not a killer and he didnt kill 5 innocent children they are the victims here
I also need to add he can no longer read and write or spell properly he slurs his words on occasions even to the point people think he's drunk even though he does not drink
I'll also add his mother was a dipolar schizophrenic who took tablets and died when he was 6 his stepmom died when he was 14 from meningitis so basically everything about Mr Jones Killer my husband as dealt with
You know, they used to say the devil made me do it.. Now we have a brain expert basically defending murder on the premise traumatic brain injury...all these abnormalities made me do it...Right!!!
In general, I don't trust professional witnesses, people who make a living testifying in court as experts. A professional witness has an economic motivation to testify in a way that will benefit the lawyer or person who hired and are paying them. I don't totally dismiss professional witnesses but I take what they say with a huge grain of salt.
That's a tickle cough. If you've ever had one,you know it is frustrating and embarrassing. I bet she's on Lisinopril or a similar BP med like that. I used to get that cough when i was on Lisonpril. Dr switched meds and cough disappeared.
The doctor testified that two people could have the exact same injury and one do nothing and the other end up in jail for something horrible. Thus it is no excuse and should be thrown out.
Should we feel sorry for the coughing woman? One could say she is distracting everyone, she is exposing everyone, she is knowingly interrupting. Some may say she can't help it that everyone gets sick and she has to be there. So what do you say?Let's take a vote. Do you feel sorry for her ? Yes or No?

Let's just be honest here, Tim has a brain injury, his mother is schizophrenic, and he was smoking spice which we know causes psychosis. The odds was pretty high something bad happening. BUT he still knew right from wrong so he should get the DP. But discounting the obvious doesn't need to happen.
Just learning this bit of info on brain functions and development, you can't say GOD doesn't exist. You can say it I guess, but to believe it? I don't think so.

OK state attorney, this doctor just told you that he did not have any of the documentation regarding Tim’s work experience yet you continue to ask him questions just so that you can tell the jury what Tim’s work experience was. Pisses me off that this does not get an objection by the defense. The state is clearly just having a conversation or passing information along to the jury through his pretend questions to this doctor and no one objects it. Hate when these attorneys pull these stunts and get away with it. Ask the doctor a question or sit your ass down!
I disagree. I think the Prosecutor is trying to make a huge point against the schizophrenic theory the defense has been bringing up with each one of their witnesses. The Prosecutor im sure is going to make these statements in their closing arguements so what does it matter. Just my thought.
I haven't really been listening for coughing but at one point in another video of this case, I could've sworn I heard a dog barking in the courtroom and thought who has the dog in the courtroom and is that even allowed. LOL I've had a concussion (a big one) and I haven't killed anyone lately. Wouldn't the doctors at the hospital have treated his head injury at the time he got hurt? So why would any of this be a surprise?
why was the prosecuting attorney I will flip this testimony to my advantage. Ok now tell us the opposite, how does the brain die what happens and how long does it take! Most boring witness I have ever seen in a courtroom. We aren't 5 yr olds mister.
