The back and fourth of Tina crushing on Jimmy Jr followed by gaining confidence and Jimmy Jr crushing on her only for her to be TOO confident and shooting him down is a fucking hilarious dillema
Lmao I had a friend in 7th grade who, after ages of not being liked back by her crush, eventually got his attention and he asked her out. She said no even though she still liked him because "he needed to experience rejection".
Tina could have easily been the Meg of the show. The family could have picked on her, and only care about her when the plot allowed for it, but they didn’t. The creators put her in a family that loves her. This is why Bob’s Burgers is one of the best adult cartoons. You don’t need a dumbass dad and a control freak mom to make comedy.
“ you’re ass is grass and I’m mowing it” man that spit is the best Edit: Thanks for all the like peeps!. For some reason I haven’t seen any of the notifications except for a recent comment. Peace and love to you all
and then after that “wow I actually feel bad for him maybe I should let him win” and not a moment later “aw screw it I’m gonna take him” that’s how savage she was
Simple response: 'I know. When I mentioned not listening, did you think I was speaking of a _physical_ problem?' Immediately casts Tina's snark as testing implausibly on feigned obtuseness.
There was this time with the ice in their walk-in, and after Zeke beat Tina, he said “I pushed a girl, not because I like her and didn’t know what to do” or something like that.
Honestly yeah, Zeke seems to care more about her than Jimmy Jr. Remember when he immediately changed his mine to ask Tina out to the dance when he learned someone else did?
@@frootsnacc6790 Yeah, Jimmy was jealous of Josh 😂 Zeke doesn’t seem to be the type to be on and off with Tina, I tbh think he likes her, they shared a few moments.
Some might call her characterization inconsistent, but damn if I don't have days when I know exactly what I'm doing and how to do it, and days when I have no idea where I am or how I got there.
I always like how Tina isn't just a punching bag. Yeah she's awkward and sometimes freezes up, but she doesn't just take bullying from everyone and will stand up for herself. I love the part in Tina's fantasy when Zeke just yells "I'm an idiot!"
I love how Jimmy Jr still thinks she's a great runner before the marathon. "I'm going to try to run it in 5 minutes. But we can hang out when you finish and I've already been doing something for two or maybe three minutes". He's expecting her to run an entire mile in seven to eight minutes tops and I think that's cute.
There has never been a better line than when Tina said "There's a lot of carrots 🥕 in that stew"... when those boys were skinny dipping in that hot tub... 🤣🤣🤣
5:32 is a truly perfect encapsulation of basic training. Getting screamed at while you try to get dressed and panic when some small detail is making it take a second longer than it should.
1:30 The mouth, the sound and tina's line are very complementing. I am laughing so much with her, it feels like Im back in school with my 15 yo nephew.
This is one of the few things in life that makes me rock back and forth doing an unpleasant inhaling laugh. Scenes like this and the one where Tina says hi to the parrot and it turns around and goes "Nerd alert" just absolutely snaps my funny bone
I love Tina 😂 she’s my favorite of the belchers, then Linda😂, also for some reason I always love it when she’s fighting with Tammy. Like they always b beefing about sum
