I have the same model and it last only 2 years, the battery droped quickly, and after some times it only can be charged only 21% and not going up anymore.
Same I have a different model and once they came out with new models mine will not charge after 2 percent. I've tried calling Tineco without help. And it's been 2 years now so I'm S.O.L unless I dish out another $200 plus. It's gross, and it worked so well before. I have only used mine a handful of times as well. It really sucks.
How's the customer service? While a product may perform well it is customer service that's more important and in this case Roborock seems to be fairing better from what I hear.
I can attest that Tineco has phenomenal customer service in my experience. They responded quickly to me when I had broken vacuum parts and sent me replacement pieces quickly while my vacuum was under warranty
Tineco is the branded vacuum cleaner pioneer. Same reputation level as Dyson, meaning more premium pricing. But if you have the money, go for it as Tineco really does it's job effectively. Else, stick to those hundreds over China branded clones of Dyson or Tineco. Your mileage will vary with those products.
@@arbutus12 Nearly all are manufactured in China in one way or another, cos of lower costs and more skilled labour. Just that the quality varies between branded and the other clones. As I said, your mileage will varies.
