Hi, you can change to 5 millets diet and abstain from tea and coffee and milk. Avoid meat and chicken. South Indians are really benefitting from this change and many ailments such as diabetes are controlled and cured too.
Dr. Saheb, thank you very much for explaining everything in a very simple manner. May we request you to kindly make a video on numbness in the right hand fingers, especially, in the index and middle finger, as a result of cervical spondylosis. I am now 60 years. Retired as a stenographer after working for 38 years ... Computer professional and bike user for more than three decades. Your advice would go long way in helping millions of patients across the globe. May god bless you. Love and respect from Umapathy Chennai India ❤️
I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my RU-vid channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤
you all probably dont give a shit but does any of you know a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost my account password. I would love any tips you can give me
My feet randomly started tingling a year ago. It's that feeling of being on your feet all day, then getting off your feet to rest. That feeling used to just go away on the way home after work. But now it's constant and like I said a year now . I've changed my footwear, seen a podiatrist , doctor, and neurologist. All claim there's nothing wrong. But obviously something is going on.
He forgot to mention pre diabetes or insulin resistance. It takes the body too long to remove the sugar, and at prolonged very high insulin levels, and this I believe is what does the damage to the peripheral nerves. You may not test positive for diabetes (yet) as your body does still pack away the sugar eventually.
I would say cut down dramatically the sugar intake and cut OUT all together dairy products by God’s grace to maintain a health body and mind #the8lawsofhealth. God bless!!! ❤️💯👍🏻😊
Yes! Mine began with HSV1 of the prefrontal cortex then moved into the nervous system. The causes: sugar, fruit, coffee. I quit all of them and within days, the tingling, pain and numbness were gone. Stress today made my feet completely numb.
Thank you so much I am Ultrasound Technologist in NYC for the past 9 years so it's even more stressful knowing what it could be but I thank you for replying so quickly and I just love your videos they are so helpful🙂 have a wonderful weekend.
I have these problems after the slip and fall I suffered after the accident while shopping at Costco. Suffered dislocated elbow and fractured bones. A massive nerve damaged. Can’t closed my left hand. Surgeries too many. Costco never paid a cent for my medical bills. Lawyers afraid to fight Costco. Well maybe it happened during COVID-19. Now the statue of limitations was over. I still suffering from this accident.Costco got away with , but my lawyer Atty Joey Gilbert of Reno Nevada never presented my case to court , holding it for 1 1/2 years. He dropped leaving only 5 months to look for another lawyer. Pandemic also another reason lawyer’s offices were closed. Now I am left with a lot of pain without medical help.
My Grandson has been suffering with pain in in his legs and feet from as early as I can remember. He is 5 now. He has been to every type of doctor you can think of but no treatment seems to work. He's been put on a dairy and gluten free diet. Still no success. The pain comes and goes. It lasts 15 minutes at a time and he is screaming with pain during these episodes. I wish I could find a solution🙏
According to my Doctor it is due to the sciatica which I've been having problem with it since last July when I fell outside on the porch. However, at first it wasn't that bad yet up until my bed frame broke a few days later and continued sleep. When I woke up both sides of my hips and the lower back along with both sides of my legs all the way down to the feet were way too painful, tingling and if I were pocked with million needles. Couldn't sit down, couldn't walk, couldn't stay up... urinating was like all over because I couldn't stay still, defecating was just as bad. Coughing or sneezing was terrible. The only thing I could do to help was to stay on my feet and leaning forward half way with my elbows on the chair. I endured this for a few days while sleeping on an air mattress which made me feel even worst. Driving was like being torture. I finally went to see my Doctor. He told me to sleep on the floor for two weeks and should go away. He prescribed me a pain killer and a muscle relaxant which I didn't take, instead; I purchased over the counter Ibuprofen. I went through 2 bottles. Went to see the doctor, he said I was doing better and told me to do it again for two more weeks. Couldn't do it. The new bed and the floor were just as bad. Back to the Doctor. He said I may have an Herniated disc and told me I need a cat scan. I waited, waited up until one day the assistant told me that the insurance didn't approved it. At this point I started to take the Ibuprofen 800 mg and the Methocarbamol 750 mg. Went to Doctor and now again, to wait until the insurance would approve the Cat Scan or an MRI. Waited, waited, nothing. So, I called the insurance and they told me tat I should have X rays. Back to Doctor. A week later, I had the X rays. Another week to go see the doctor: "Doctor told me the x rays don't say a thing. Again, waiting for a re submit for either a cat scan or an MRI. I got mad, because the pain still there, some days worst than other. My left foot now is swollen and can't move like the right one, which is also swollen, but not as much. I decided to change Doctors. Ok, before going to see the new doctor, three times I experience a pressure on my chest, shortness of breath, sweating from the head as if it were a Summer day, stomach ache and nauseas. I tried to walk and got way too dizzy. I had to deal with it and wit the sciatica pain at the same time. My heart was with palpitation and fast. I said to myself: "WTF!?", got me a cigarette, light it and smoked it while waiting to go home, but instead; I blackout. Ok, a few days later, I was driving, again, but not that bad, it was quick. Then, I was at work, again, the same but mild. Ok, when I went to the new doctor and went through abut the sciatica, etc.... I remember about the chest pain and the Doctor ordered right there an EKG. She was worried though, because when they check my blood pressure it was 196/128 Anyway, they did the EKG and then the Doctor came back with the result: "Left Atrial Enlargement". The Doctor refer me to a cardiologist, which I haven't call or anything yet because my main concern is to put an end to my sciatica pain. Do I really need to see a cardiologist for that?. Give me a break, I just turned 50 last September.
I have wake up with tingling in my left foot and. it goes away over time but the tingling in the toes are still there but usually go away within 5 hours. Any idea why this is happening?
Well, I do sometimes cross my legs from time to time, but, after for a short while my leg turns numb after crossing them and then I release it straight back to normal of where they should be at, you know -- the numbing goes and the tingling sensation kicks in until it dies out. Same thing for bedtime, I put my arm underneath my head while I'm asleep and it's completely numb when I wake up, it's just with the same process for years when I cross my legs or at night I put my arms beneath my head, numbing first, tingling second and then back to normal.....
Thank you Dr, I’ve had those symptoms for quite a while now and the doctors haven’t been able to explain the numbness in my feet. I think I’ll go get a second opinion and mention this video
Grrrr please speak more positive instead of fear based words. I wish you doctors would get training on how to speak to the whole person and way more understanding subconscious mind and conections to words
A 48-year-old woman complains of numbness in the right half of her face and left limbs. A neurological examination reveals anesthesia in the zones of the Zelder on the right. Hemianesthesia on the left. What is the name of the described type of sensitivity disorder? To determine and justify the topical diagnosis. Anyone know this answer??

I recently visted the GP about having tingling/vibrations in my hands lower arms, feet and lower legs for about 6 months. Sometimes it will be really bad for a week or so which means coming and going between 20 and 50 times a day. Other weeks its very very mild and barely noticiable at all. My bloods came back fine... However i wasnt having symptoms at the time. Ive also noticed a weakness in my left wrist and some random small muscle twitches. I'm waiting for a nerve conduction test. Did anyone else have these sorts of symptoms and then get diagnosed with neuropathy?

I have my shoulder blade joint muscle pain all the time on left side(probably I damaged it myself using my left hand too much ). I also have tinnitus on left ear. Insomnia also. I’ve recently been getting tingling in my thighs, arms, sometimes hands and sometimes my feet. It’s not a numb or pain king of feeling it just randomly happens. I don’t know what it is, it’s been happening for a few days now but it’s not like a pins and needles tingle.
I used to experience tingling on both feet. Especially when I layed down. It was difficult for me to fall asleep because of this. I could feel the muscles of my feet moving themselves. (As if electricity was passing through them). I even had nocturnal painfull cramps on my feet. Then, because I had another completly different health problem, I change drastically my diet, reducing animal food and processed food at mínimum, following a naturopathy approach. And all this neuropathy symptoms from my type1 diabetes have gone away. Doctors told me there’s no cure for neuropathy, but that there’s medicine to reduce the symptoms. 💁🏻♂️

We are very sorry to hear of your distress. We hope you will understand that we cannot give specific or detailed medical advice over the internet. However, we know of many cases where the neuropathy has improved once the diabetes is well controlled. Discuss with your doctor the changes in diet you might make to improve your blood glucose and HbA1c. This might be a useful resource for you www.diabetes.co.uk/diet/low-carb-diabetes-diet.html
I hate it when people smack their lips or mouth when they talk like he is doing !! I turned the video off immediately after hearing him do it a couple times
