Just to add a little to conversation. This park model rv was built with knotty pine because dry wall would crack during transport . Zook cabins chose to purchase this floor plan . Rocky Mountain will customize your cabin . They are an amish owned company that takes pride in their quality . You can pick your stain color , lay out, loft or not , Faust’s , etc . They usually sell these fully furnished with log furniture. . The prices include set up and delivery

put the loft roof on four jacks so you can raise it 4 or 5 feet higher. Then you really have something nice. Hard to believe you knuckleheads can't figure that out. I know it is small height on the loft because of highway overpass restrictions. You know people won't like crawling around up there.

This is a really nice tiny home. The wood is really nice. I love the porch. I love the outlet on the porch. It’s small but would make a great get away. The wood inside is charming. The kitchen is a nice size. I’d loved to see it furnished. The bathroom is a really nice size. Thank you for the video.

I absolutely love this tiny log cabin home! If my husband should go before me, I would downsize to a tiny home. But, I don't know if there is a tiny home property I could put one in PA.

Only 400 sq ft ? WOW, that’s 1/2 the size as the attached apartment that my dad lives in that’s attached to our 2220 square foot house. His apartment is 800 sq ft.

I'd set that thing on a concrete foundation and have a carpenter come over and raise the loft area up to were people could walk around in and make it foldable if i wanted to transfer it too.

It’s not really meant to be lived in full time . It’s a vacation cabin . It can be for hunting , vacation, a lake house , etc . You could live in it but it’s a park model RV not a house .

No where near enough kitchen counter space. No back door. Raise the upper roof and move the water heater. Add a fireplace. It could work for me.

Why oh why on earth are these different builders stuck on using old-fashioned water heaters??? Hello electric or gas on demand systems!!! Space saver, eco friendly, easy temp control. It's a no brainer...

Why would anyone choose to live in something that small? There are no counters in the kitchen so how do you prepare food? The bathroom placement is a total dealbreaker for me, who wants the toilet in the kitchen?

Bathroom has more counter space than the kitchen. But since it’s right there. You can just say it’s part of the kitchen. 😅

Still no pricing in your video and pricing buttons are disabled on manufacturers own web site so I have to get on their email list to get a quote. No thanks! Your competitor youtube channels do not have these drawbacks. Guess it's time to unsubscribe and move on...
