@@PeterGeorges-u4rNot sure why I'm bothering to reply... My original post wasn't asking if they are weights, they are weights! The magnets are the small metal disks. If you had magnets that size to hold the buds in you would never get them out! To clarify: the large steel rods at each side are weights! Common practice to make a product feel more premium
@@Andrew_SparrowIt’s a magnet lol. It’s used so it slots into the case to align the charging pins as another comment said, and it’s unlogical to add weights since they should be as light as possible since they sit in your ear.
