A Day in My School Bus Conversion | Date Day Adventures, Pumpkin Planting & More!
Morning Routine: Coffee, Dogs & Work
The day kicks off with brewing coffee for Linnea and me. I also prepare raw Vibrance, hamburger and eggs for our dogs. Once they’re fed, I dive into my morning routine, spending a few hours on my computer handling emails, quick meetings, and staying updated on social media.
Gardening: Pumpkin & Garlic Planting
After my computer work, I head outside to plant the pumpkins I started in an egg carton. It’s a bit tricky since the roots grew into the carton, but I manage to plant them. I also plant garlic shoots and look forward to seeing how they grow in our garden.
Workout Session & Supplements
Next, it’s time for a workout. I aim to exercise daily, though my large project in Colorado sometimes gets in the way. Linnea got a RitFit weight bench, which I’ve been using regularly. Post-workout, I make a protein shake with Athletic Greens and take supplements including Jocko Willink's combat-tested testosterone booster, Joint Warfare, and turkey tail for joint health.
Lunch & Calorie Deficit
Around 11:30 AM, I have lunch. I'm on a calorie deficit to lose fat while gaining muscle. Despite being busy, both Linnea and I prioritize our health and nutrition.
Date Day: Lunch, Fishing & Pizza
In the afternoon, we pack up for our date day. We start with a quick lunch in town, then head to our fishing spot.
