I was so afraid they were going to change some of the things I loved about the ML and they didn't! I can't believe they made it so much better and so much bigger! 😍Thank you Hunter You are becoming one of my favorites! 👏👏👏
WOOHOOO!!! Let RV MADNESS BEGIN!! Super Excited for this weekend! Drop a comment and let me know what you think! Posting the new Brinkley travel trailer tomorrow and another Debut Premiere of a new Cyclone Toy Hauler Sunday 😀 Thanks again for all the likes, shares, comments - really fun being able to do this kind of stuff!
This is great, I can see someone living in this. I'd probably keep the table down unless I needed it, and put a chair there, so that there's a kind of conversational feeling. I think the cabinets should reach the ceiling. The shower is great, I hate feeling cramped. Having 2 lofts is great, very versatile. Great storage in the bathroom area. Love having tables by the side of the bed, and a king size is great. Bedroom storage isn't as good as I'd like, but then obviously it can go in the loft. I love the entrance steps, they seem so stable. Great camper/tiny home Hunter
I agree Tanya! Excellent idea about the cabinets going Up to the Ceiling👍 (could that be possible during the build?) We need All the cabinet/storage space we can get, right?😊
Why a deeded parking lot? Isn’t it cheaper to buy a piece of land & park it on that? $163k is Expensive! There are much cheaper pieces of land available, even here in CA! 😊
Buy some nice cheap land here in California buddy in the nice Juniper Hills/ Little Rock CA, area among mountains wildlife rivers & high desert Park this rv & live in heaven Poor life great once you figure out how to live ✌
Deeded lots in Palmetto Palms RV Resort in Fort Myers, Florida asking prices start at $63k depending on location and if lot is pet friendly. We are located between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. A fantastic location! The lots are only available due to damage from Hurricane Ian. A lot of us had to demolish our park models.
Did you get a lot of extras, or take it as designed? I’d like to get a handle on the price ranges. Please share helpful info, what price did you pay? Thank you for any additional insight! :-)
Absolutely beautiful part of me feels that the fire place should be downstairs tho since heat rises…. Other than that I think this was put together very well. Very modern with lots of space. Lots of outlets. Love the speakers inside and outside. I like the mirror finish on the windows as well.
Hi Hunter! Ive seen a 2025 model and have to say I like the walls in this living room. The other one was just a solid square room of windows, and I didn't like it. The kitchen counterspace is a bit skimpy, but I like the lofts. One thing I dont like at all is the outside. The grey metal makes it look like a tin can. The wolf logo saves it a tiny bit.
@spillman4103. Do you just park your trailer or can you tow these trailers to different campgrounds? I heard people saying these destination trailers are not for traveling? Interested in buying the 20OG
Awesome having the table collapsible! Are the Steps next to it collapsible into the Wall or Floor? If you make that happen, you can add a Recliner in that space, for those that can’t do without one! 😉 Is the loveseat a Recliner model, and is it real Leather, or are those Options? Actually, if you can Flip that part - have the table on the Other wall, the tv by the table (like it is now) - then the loveseat & recliner option can be next to each other & opposite of the TV!👍 What do you think Hunter? 😃
Ppl keep saying I couldn’t live in that. I can live in my 5th wheel! I don’t need much anymore. As long as I can get away from the better half. Not that we don’t get along, I just like being alone sometimes.😁 I really miss my last 5th wheel. I gave it to my daughter but it has one huge room and tons of storage. It just needs some work.
I love the looks and the fact they made it look more homey. More like the tiny house movement. Although not perfect for us. :( We are a couple in our early 60's with arthritis. I'll go through steps by each room. Just in case they ever do look so they may come out with a unit we would jump on and buy. We need a unit to live in while we renovate our home, then sell and buy a larger piece of land. Our daughter is also looking at a unit. She has 2 children. It would be moved 2x. First from purchase to here and then to the new property. (southern states) TN is here. The same with my daughter. First, I would love if they came out with at least a 40ft model and a little wider. The units would be semi permanent because once we build our cabins we would be using it for guests and a studio. So we would build a deck. I would rather see the deck be the living room (enclosed and no loft above) and the entire area inside be the kitchen instead of the current living room area. The big loft is fine. I may leave a bed up there in case a grand wanted to spend a night (that would be rare) or a kid gaming area is more useful and storage totes. I don't need the washer and dryer but at least an option for a stackable there (maybe move a narrow cabinet to the other side of them)so drawers or cabinets in that area. Make the kitchen more for folks like us that the kitchen is the heart of the home. Give room for an apartment sized mini gas stove. Space on each side. Expand the kitchen to the current wall and put shorter windows so cabinet can go all the way down to the front wall-ish. Put a real sized window over a larger sink, maybe two along there. Love they added the glass rinser! A full size residential fridge. The bathroom is useless for my son who lives at home. He's 6'3 and 280. He does have his own bedroom cabin. (10x24 with a porch so we could make him a more comfortable bathroom in the cabin.) Of course there are other options and other units we like and meets our needs.
Even without slideouts, it is a nice trailer. One thing I see is not enough Dedicated closet space for 1 person.Let alone for 2 people especially if you're staying for a week or two. Just my thoughts!
I was just thinking the 16ML is a really nice solo/couples destination trailer, but I'm too old to want to crawl up and down from a loft every day. Too many destination trailers are just too big for me and cost too much. This seems to hit the right spot. Only ask is may1be smaller master bed (queen would be fine) and more clothing storage in the main bedroom.
Does it have solar? It think an optional solar package would be nice. Replace the wine bottle holder with a cabinet. Get rid of the glass door in the shower. I’ve heard too many issues with those. Add one of the inverter outlets like the Cherokee line has. Change out the USB plug in with USB C outlets. Finally, I would like to see these mini lofts come in the black label package.
check the cottage 40CFD video i did! Sounds like the winner for you! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ski3jhf2S_s.htmlsi=_L-4dxcE-qrfZLAg
I love the porch area and dislike everything else. A slide would go a LONG way in making it feel bigger. I know it works for most, but the big upper loft is useless to me.
Nice RV for alot of people. But where are you going to prep to feed them all. Nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer and big fridge but not much counter space to make any meals.
i wish the bathroom was a bit smaller and made the living room area bigger. overall i like this one. im going to cleburne in the next few weeks to take a look at this rv and the other version of this one. solo living but id like a dog, so i think this RV may have a bit more space for a dog lol
@mirasdiary I have been working with them quite a bit lately and although I haven’t been a customer, I can tell you from meeting the owner / upper management multiple times - they are super great & have had nothing but amazing conversations with them! Definitely in it to win it!
Can this be lived in year round and handle Maine winters and is there a safety thing for the 5th wheel so nobody can steal it and drive away with it in broad daylight or in the middle of the night?
sorry for another question, i assume this RV doesnt have a garbage disposal in the sink, right? im not knowledgeable about RVS but im looking to buy one soon XD
@TheRVHunter Thank you for commenting about the bathroom ceiling height, is it about 6'1" in the bedroom as well? We don't have any close so I can walk through. I am really tall, 6'9" and loved these new Timberwolf's but been worried about interior height under either of the lofts.
Where could I keep this parked In California? Like what are the laws? Would I need my own land or could I possibly lease a space like a you woukd with a traiker or small mobile home
@dougls2564 thank you!! Greatly appreciate you watching! If you are using it here in Ohio (I live a little north of Cincinnati) you’ll want to heavily skirt the sides and ideally find a way to block wind. I’d say this would be a 3 season RV but it does have tank heaters to help against freezing
Couldn't ask for a cooler rv, super roomie in there. I just wish they tilt mount their tv's and included a patio door, the recliner could've just been placed there opposite to the patio TV hookups. I'm making plans to go to this showing myself, that's where sales are going to begin with this version at the rv show?
I really like this rv and I'm in the market to buy one. But I am convinced that this thing with some slide outs would be the ultimate rv for its class. Any info on maybe when we can expect to see those upgrades?
Living room needs a slide it’s to narrow. Stove/oven should be residential stove. Turkey approved. This is more like a destination trailer so put in a decent stove/oven. Spilt bathroom needs a slide to make bigger shower should be taller his head was hitting the roof. Most men are 6ft or taller. Nice size king bed. But trailer is to narrow needs some slide outs.
Not practical for full-time living. Very little counter and pantry space. Limited closet space, unless you want to crawl up into the loft 😢. The loft is cool if you have kids or guests, otherwise wasted space.
@@JaredJackson-bt7uv I caught it near the end of the video, before he heads outside (also noticed it popped up when I hit Pause on the video.) It’s a 2024 Cherokee Timberwolf 20 OG.
