Richard and I actually stayed in this property for 2 weeks. We did this to see if we could live in a tiny home before we purchased one. I recommend that. Our stay was wonderful and everything we needed was provided. This was one of the nicest air bnb’s . We loved staying there. I would highly recommend this one.
@@brewatch my personal feeling was that I know that it is fresh water that would be going into the tank but I couldn’t wrap my mind around it. I worked in a hospital laboratory for 25 years and what I know for reality and what my mind thought could not be reconciled. That’s just my brain. With that said we washed our hands in the kitchen which really wasn’t a problem at all.
I stayed in this home last Fall and had a wonderful time. It's everything you need and more, especially for a getaway. If you want to visit ITH and the surrounding area, you can't go wrong with this rental.
I love that Ace has friends he goes to visit. I was curious if he had any pup buddies it's so important for them just like us. What a great video all around, so fun. The rock is hysterical and the truck with Ace is so perfect, she's talented.
Lol!! When I worked at Lowe's everyone knew my service dogs name I was just "Hey, Annia's Mom". Ever since then that's still all I am wherever I live. I'm bad too though, I know people by their animals.😂
I can't wait till you do a tour of Randy's new house if anyone deserved it it's Randy and Ace I know they are going to be happy on top of the mountain I remember a long time ago Randy said that he wanted to do a off grid up there but he kept putting everyone else ahead of himself ps i love the rock she's a artist for sure

I love the old RJO's ...the wood is warm and cozy. I love the way this one is decorated. It's like a cozy little cabin inside. Definitely a wonderful little place. Thank you for the tour.😊👍

I love the that shade of green, like a sea green beachy color. The door is really nice with the pretty window. The sink on top of the toilet is a space saver, and the floor to ceiling shelves are really nice. A lot of storage in that bathroom. Great job. Love the interior walls, I would feel like I am in a cabin in the mountains. love the pantry across from the kitchen. Another great idea that the owner did is to have the hooks on the barn door, which covers the kitchen pantry as well. Maybe put a curtain in the doorway of the bathroom, so you can use the barn door for the pantry. This is cozy and comfortable. I hope they have a portable cooktop in the cabinet. The rock she painted is so cute, I love it, "Tiny House Highrise", with a truck and Ace.

Of all the tiny homes yall have done , to me this is the best one . Another 6 feet longer would have been it , a 9 x 24 it would have gave room for a dinning area and a washer and dryer. And on one level for older people to have room to get around with a walker or Cain. This design is the best one. Just need to add 6 more feet to it.
