My husband and I are shopping for land right now, and if you and Randy ever bring this layout back, I will definitely buy one!!! A 10x26 or 10x28 would be perfect. This is the best layout I've ever seen. Thanks so much ladies!!!
@@jamesmorris8572 If this is a craftsman model and it is only 8 feet wide, why aren't there wheel wells inside the house? I thought the craftsman had a dropped floor that went below the wheels. At any rate, I agree that the headroom in the loft is key.
WOW, the drop Soffit in the bathroom makes that Loft feel more like a bedroom ! That would be a good Amenity feature to offer. I think it would be more natural to get in and out of bed that way. BEAUTIFUL HOME, like that extra space in the Kitchen too. Awesome Lot too ! 😊
WOW...the Bathroom...and Bedroom!!! Looks like a Minnesota Home...with are forest...and lakes... here!!! I so Would Love...❤ to Live...in this Community...Amanda!!! LORD WILLING...???!!! BLESSINGS......😊
Hi everyone, Great showing Amanda, Mert and Melody. I just wanted to say, that I know this homeowner, tiny house and the lot. I've been in the house a few times, it's one of my most favorite tinys at ITH. Even more so it's one of my most favorite lots. The homeowner has cared for this home and lot meticulously. When the garden is in growing season, I've picked tomatoes, green beans, squash, basil and mint. There are plants and flowers as well There is vines that grow up the back fence. I've been there when the firepit is on and you can have many people over with plenty of space. The price is amazing. I hope whoever grabs this is into gardening and the soil is great for that. 😊🍅 🪴 🌿 🌞 🏡
The price to purchase is $101K if you remove it from the ITH property ? Is the price the same without the contents? Wow, it's a beautiful home, but that puts it outta my price range. I know she'll find a buyer for this Gem. 😍
Not trying to be negative but if you do the math roughly 200 sf x $100,000 = $500 a square foot. I don't think a lot of people realize thats how much they're paying for something that has a living area the size of a home laundry room. That is big time custom home prices. Builders LOVE it when they can sell a 2000 sf home x $500 sf cuz it = 1 million dollars!!! Think about it. Also it seems a lot of people are trying to get 50% or double or triple their money after living there a couple of years. If you can get it good for you. Can't hurt to try but the greed factor always comes into play when it comes to people buying or selling anything. Just my opinion I could be wrong which I am a lot ha ha. With all that said I do think ITH is a awesome company trying to do great things!!!
Gorgeous, warm & welcoming home :) And very nice of you guys to bring river rock for homeowners to use. 👍 I used found local rock for landscaping, my last home, & the HOA was not happy. Only "official" store purchased stone was permitted. Even though it looked identical to mine. 🙄 Luckily, enough other homeowners had scavaged local stone to beautify their yards, too, that the HOA dropped the issue.
I wouldnt buy anything until I could actually see the gardens in bloom etc. Winter time looks pretty drab, but a lovely house.I did go look at the pictures on air b&b much prettier.I was shocked at the $266 per night to rent .I mean unless that price include Randy, lol
I agree with you! This house was shown in the absolute worst season. Spring summer and fall it’s beautiful with all of the foliage that creates so much privacy. Also, you might want to look again at the Airbnb, that house does not rent for 266 a night.
I love this floor plan more than any other of your smaller plans! Why don't y'all offer this floor plan again with your other model homes? The bedroom is the best feature with the stairs! I think you could put a washer dryer combo in the bathroom under the stairs!
My husband and I stayed in this home our last trip to ITH. It's in a good spot in the community. That lane is very active. All the neighbors were out chatting and walking their dogs each day.
This is a stunning home! I wish with all my heart I could afford to buy it and live in the beautiful Forest Community! I remember when Randy and Amanda measured and stepped it all off in the very beginning. Just gorgeous. One more thing, PLEASE could you do a house warming party to show off Randy's beautiful new home! Luv Y'all! 🥰
The bathroom, where the dresser is (directly behind the bathroom sink), might be big enough for a combo... would need to measure to be sure. The combo W/D would need to be 110v, and if the space is is at least 22" deep, it would fit. Could add a narrow set of drawers next to it. May need to add the hook-ups.
Your videos are always on point...and I'm w you on Kirk. He looks like a cupee doll and spews nothing but nonsense. Thank you for always being the voice of reason.
I love that park. Trees!! I an in Oregon and would love to move there in one of those. My worry is I have two dogs and I would need to fence for them...they are lovers just would not want to chain them or let them run..I can no longer live in my home, taxes, insurance, power and gas all went up. Unfortunately my income ssi has not.... :(
Same setup as his other one just a little longer, it is off grid too! Really pretty and fancy!! I still like the LouAnne, it's the best setup I've seen, gives you more room!!😊😊
Yes, we understand basic math. Tiny homes always cost more per Sq foot than traditional builds. (Because so much of the sq footage is expensive kitchen & bath.) That's not why people go tiny. We go tiny so we can own a home for $100K or less, so we can enjoy mortgage free living, so we can spend less time and money on cleaning and maintenance, and so we can move it if we ever need to, or travel with it. The benefit is long term freedom - time and financial. (And this home has another 68+ Sq ft in easy access sleeping loft.)
Tiny houses broken down by $/sf are tremendously costly! Manufactured homes are much more affordable! It takes a certain personality type to live in a tiny house…
I’ve stayed here and loved it. This video is nice, but you just can’t feel how special this house and property are, unless it’s in person. Very unique, warm and cozy. The owner is a very creative person. Lovely, home, great neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Truly special.
This house has been sold and the owner will not be answering any more questions in the various threads of this video at this time. Thank you for your interest.🎉
@@dianegreger7248 When it was owner occupied, there was a smaller dresser. To the left of the dresser there was space for a partition that created a clothes closet. In the upstairs loft wall, there were six 11-inch fabric cubes that held overflow/off-season items. The cubes and closet partition were removed when it became a short term rental. Very easy to once again change out the dresser and create closet space in the bathroom!
Thst home is so beautiful but i think o rearrange a few things in the home to accommodate for a bigger frig snd washer/dryer, as well adjust livingroom with an electric old world style fireplace with bigger sofa, and built in desk area.
No bathtub when a person has a tiny home and only one bathroom it needs to have a combo shower and tub she needs to put acombo washer and dryer under staircase the out side how she decorated to make it have farm to table vegetation and plants 🪴 and flowers and where she has her tent she keeps her gardening tools a person could go to Costco and buy a hot tub and put it in their you have privacy also she could add a wraparound porch and hang porch swings and put patio furniture on it that would have a roof over the top of the wraparound porch and when it snows or rains she could still be outside enjoying all her hard labor of love on all her garden area 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
@@leezer219 ✝️😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂I live in California not possible for me but super great idea for someone who lives in the area or is considering moving to that area of Tennessee 🙏✝️☮️🕎✡️✝️🇮🇱🇺🇸
I think these older custom homes were designed so much better than the current ITH models that have the kitchen, bathroom, and stairs all crammed across maybe 9 feet of space. I would love to see this design in a 10-foot wide model, with a few minor tweaks like space for a full-size frig and washer/dryer combo. It's a lovely home though.
I did tweak this model in a 10 x 26’ home. By extending the bathroom out an additional foot the 7 x 10 space allowed for a full size washer dryer and closet space! Kept the easy access because it is the absolute best loft that ever came out of any of ITH’s designs.😊
Yes, I’m talking about the second tiny home that I had built. Very similar and design except it’s 10 foot wide and has space for washer dryer and closet.
Hi Amanda, Melody and Myrtle 🙋♀️ Beautiful home and decor,so organized, ❤️❤️😊 Love the outside patio/garden area ❤😊 Enjoying the tours, y'all are doing a great job ❤❤😊
