All on one level and size I like BUT and it is a BIG BUT there would need to be more windows or of larger size to maximize natural light and to give impression of spaciousness. In it's current format gives a very claustrophobic view for me. If that could be accommodated then this would be great and would give airflow and ventilation which seems to have been overlooked/ignored it seems.

If you consider the weather and the sun's heat it's best to have less windows. When you think about that you're only in the kitchen just to make food and eat, you don't need a big window because you're busy doing other things. Same with the bedroom and the bathroom. In the bedroom you sleep and the bathroom your showering and getting ready for your day so there's really no time to look out the windows. So, if there would be a window maybe in the kitchen where you sit down and eat and in the living room, but not behind you it would have to be like somewhere on the side. Other than that it's a pretty nice little place for people maybe in third world countries. Also, it would be good for people who don't have homes in this country.

Me too plus an extra exist and the areas that need piped water all on the same side of the house 🏠

in the laundry area. technically u could put a recycling basin tied into tank for the flush toilet .

Hope you then live in an area that does NOT require any heating or cooling. Where I live. It can get down to -50F/-45.5556C. And as high as 95F/35C. There is no sign of a heating/cooling system in the place.

A sliding glass door in bedroom would make moving furniture in and out easier and if doors are wide enough in hallway then that would help too.

@@jimwillson365 I thought a barn door into the BR from the kitchen/LR area would be better than the swinging door in the hallway. Agree that house needs another exit for sake of safety.

Junk design made by a guy with a computer program. Probably never been built in real world. Notice dimensions don't account for any thickness of walls. Waste of time watching, you could make as good a design with a pencil and notepad.
