Earth ship making should be tought in schools...

I absolutely adore earth ships! I wanted one so bad but my husband is very traditional. he's also a nerdy computer guy, so the fact that I even got him to move out away from town so that I can have property for a homestead was a big enough win for me! compromise ;)

Now that's the type of earth ship I want to build, small and simple...perfect

We are happy to be in the tropics where temps are no big deal. But these houses are great for more extreme climates.

I love your videos. They are so great and you ask all the right questions. I would like you to include that this is an earthship. Maybe tiny house earthship. Only because it's so hard to find good examples of survival earthships on RU-vid and you have a few great ones on your channel.

i like the overall concept, though i *don´t* like the idea of burrying so many tires - those can be recycled, you know! also, the greenhouse-part could be bigger/broader for my taste.

We have been thinking about building an earthship. Still doing research. Did you like this? Is it affordable to build?

i kind of doubt she was ill before deciding to go there.hmm makes me think some thing in the home made her sick during her time there.maybe the gassing of the tires

Just curious...was that a refrigerator I saw @ 1:50? If so, why would they build a cabinet around it? Refrigerators need air circulation around them in order to work efficiently.

Dear Dirtpatchheaven, would you kindly re-title this to reflect that it is an earthship promo video, and Not a tiny house video. You see this is called "click bait" when you misrepresent your videos, and only douch bags use click bait. 4 out of 5 doctors surveyed confirm this btw. Now since we do not know if you were aware of this when you posted this, we must "Assume" that you were simply unaware of your mistake. A tiny house is built on a trailer frame and is movable, and as such is clearly not an earthship. No harm, No foul. Of course now that you are aware, and you know what click bait is, you can either choose to properly represent your video, or choose to engage in click bait. Thanks for doing the right thing. There are plenty of idiots running around trying their best to ruin things for everybody else. However those of us in the alternate building community need to police ourselves and do it better than the anything goes crowd. And I know that you agree with this or else you wouldn't even be here trying to help.
