I'll have to make another video. :) Thanks for the comment. Glad it was helpful for you. Are building a tiny house? Some other structure? or just scoping out on demand hot water heaters?
I never really had to. It froze and cracked one year. I guess my water was better? I only ever just worked (the electric one). It was simply not enough hot water though and 110v was inadequate at replenishing the water quickly to a warm/hot state.
Yes, I am. I disconnect the water from the house in the winter and don't have the luxury of 'running' water during the coldest months. That has more to do with the me not heating the house 24/7 and the intricacies of keeping external water supply pipes from freezing. Can it be done? Sure. That's just not how I have my house set up though.
When you want to take a shower with that you need to install the pressure reducer at the shower head, reduce the flow and your showers last much much longer you don’t notice, it’s actually too hot wide open to be honest
Yes, I tend to throttle the water with the taps, but I agree that the capability for this to heat up water far exceeds my personal needs....which I guess in the end is a good thing, no? Wait...I assume you were talking about the propane based unit, correct?
