TINY HOUSE THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND! 

I live in a cargo van so you can imagine how luxurious this home is in my eyes. In the next five years, I plan on purchasing one of these in full. It’s my dream home really.

I would like to see a larger shower for older people or disabilities. This is nice and would be great to put at my house for my mother to live in.

I love the corner sink in the bathroom with all that shelving and space!!! Also love this model, it's perfect for my family. We have a 5th wheel now and are moving to some land right after Christmas. Would love to have this!!!

Love it just the way it is

This is quite a good floor plan. Suggestions: - I would make a few descrete shoe shelves under the coat hangers -I would make some drawer storage (with over extension drawer slides) under the kitchen countertop (the part adjecent to the sink and closest to the wall) accessible from the living room - I would extend that bathroom countertop space below the window and would not have the two lateral mirror cabinets come all the way down to the countertop. It would open up the entire room, give you more usable space on the countertop. Customers can also place a laundry basket underneath that extended part. -I would personally need a double sink in the kitchen and one big long but less tall window under the kitchen elements - Much bigger window in the bedroom - A moving panel with a mounted TV in the bedroom infront of the closet that can be moved on a side to access the middle part od the closet (would require a little bit shallower closet) or a rolled up projector screen. - The closet would be different, too. I would make the entire upper part for hangers with a shelf running above them and the lower part for drawers.

I adore this model in so many ways! I'd definitely like to include a dishwasher. For this one, it seems that we're not just giving up a bank of drawers, but access to that whole "deadspace" corner between there and the stove. That's a great place for the twice/year roasting pans and turkey platters etc. I'm happy to reach in there and dig them out occasionally. Would it be possible to put the dishwasher where the other bank of drawers is located? But, opening out where the outlet is rather than where the drawer fronts are? ( Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to move around in the kitchen when dishwasher door is opened). Would that space accommodate an 18" dishwasher?

How about a hidden appliance tower inside that dead space by the dishwasher? Raises up on hydraulics to reveal coffeemaker, other countertop appliances. Consider a dishwasher drawer rather than a full dishwasher. Make sure the fan in the microwave hood vents to the outside, rather than blow air back into the kitchen. Install pull-out drawers rather than shelves inside the pantry (I assume that's a pantry to the left of the fridge). Keep the entertainment/fireplace bump-out, but don't install anything there, to allow for client's existing entertainment center. Shift windows up on either side of that space to allow book/disc shelves (I don't have as many physical books as I used to, but have a good-sized DVD/Blu-ray collection). Consider a larger shower (remove those cabinets next to the current one) that is wheelchair accessible (no lip). Allow customizing for the closet area to accommodate client's existing dresser (I wouldn't want to give up my 70+ year old, one-of-a-kind, Heywood Wakefield prototype dresser). Consider a platform bed surface with storage underneath (either drawers, or the whole platform raises from the foot). Change out the heavy, dark wood railings for the stairs & loft for something less massive/dark. In the loft, take out the railing facing the downstairs and add a long countertop (with electrical plugs) to make a home office space; your legs could dangle off the edge while you were seated at the countertop. Add storage shelves in the loft area.

I like this layout. I would need a little more privacy on the loft area for my child. I love the entrance on the side.

I would add a bank of drawers under the bathroom window with the countertop extended over it. (With a few inches gap between the cabinet and the shower glass)

I like the home. But it would have to be all electric for me. And it would be permanent. Not in an RV park. What is the underneath of the home like? Especially where I live. Temps in the winter get -20 below zero. Lots of snow. Can you do no TV mount in the living room?. Just a TV mount in the bedroom. What about a house door instead of the sliding glass door?

Love the home. I wouldn't do sliding glass doors. Takes up too much space that you can use for shelves or cabinets

You did an awesome presentation of this home. I loved the dishwasher. Got to have one always 4 me. The counter tops make the home look luxurious. The bathroom looks very roomy. I am not sure I thought before when I watched one of your videos that the loft had a few inches more of head space like 48 inches because of the 1st level drop down bedroom. This looked shorter to me. Maybe I missed what you said all in all if you would include a today only price that would be great to give us an idea to have a starting point before showing up at your lot. I think you need to have split units in front and back for AC/heat. Maybe I miised it, do you have exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom?

I would take out the sliding door put in a 9 light single door giving more space for a small area left side of entry for a coat rack/shoe space. Other than that, I loved most everything about this home. It would be nice to have some pricing ideal.

How do you manage moving a tiny house that comes with a front porch? Is it stable enough or highway-legal to transport the house with that porch attached? Just curious. And I do love the porch!

Why don't Manufactures make a Loft that Raises? During Transport, it is at Normal Level but once on site.... Push a Button and the Loft Raises to give you Full Height Ceilings of 6ft 6in Minimum ( me being 6'4" ). Now that would be Nice to see/have...

I have had two back surgeries and with the washer under the washer i I wouldn’t be able to get down the there

I would replace the combination microwave- fan for a fan that is properly vented out through the ceiling. I have the combination microwave- vent and I absolutely hate it! It blows all condensation, grease etc to your ceitling and cabinets. Damaging the cabinets and ceiling everytime you cook.It would really make a difference

One thing i look at is R-rating for winter. Cieling, walls, and floor. Also i understand the reason for that roof line. That wont work in a heavy snow environment. Is there a steeper roof option that could be fitted to these roofs once on site? Too flat.

How wide are the door jams and hallways. Are they smaller then standard. They look very narrow.

My house was damaged in a fire. I've had no electricity for over 4 months now and the pipes burst 2 weeks ago so now I have no water, either. I'm in a mobile home park and would love to replace my damaged house with a tiny park model house. What can you do to help me with that plan?

Turn the covered porch into another bedroom with at least a half bath

Dude, I'm really interested in your tiny homes. But I have to ask you. Why do I have to ask every video? What is the dimensions of the actual home width and length? It matters for many of us that have the tight fit to get it into the backyard.... Knowing the width is essential, but you never wanna give simple information.

Can’t you have a wood fire place and if you can’t let me know,or why can’t you just have a real fireplace?
