I think this one is beautiful. I have a question. If you have your land could you have one built on it and have a wood foundation? Also could you make the loft part a second story instead of just a loft? No wheels just a tiny home.
These tiny homes are beautiful! I wish the builders would consider not such high end models since so many people want to downsize but no way can afford this. No way will these help homeless people OR so many other hard working tax paying Americans still trying to catch the American dream of owning a home. Its sad . Always about the $! We'll never end homelessness this way.
You guys are the best in design and quality, I’m always dreaming of buying land and putting this tiny home on it, grow a vegetable garden and live happily ever after lol Thanks for the video 🙏🏼
in the bedroom window side why sacrifice the 12" floor space for a small timber shelf cutting the window in half and pushing the bed hard into the wall seems more practical in a tiny home?
I hate Google nest. For folks who are probably going to move into one of these places who are probably retired I think most of us prefer something simple. Nice bathroom
The loss of the pantry for a compact washer/dryer would be a deal killer for my wife. There has to be a way to shift the pantry/frig. toward the front and drop in a cabinet that only needs to be 24" wide to accommodate a true stackable W/D
@@AshleighBudgets this is a Park model home. True tiny homes are less than 230 sqft. Park model homes began long ago way before tiny homes. The international residential group may say 399sqft or park models are define as a "tiny home". They're misusing the tiny home word misleading the tiny home concept so that park model or mobile builders can sell bigger pricier expensive homes taking advantage of the tiny home popularity.
