We start out with the Hobbiton movie set tour, which was better than we expected. Well, better than Marc expected. Marc & Tori do their last tips segment before Tori flew back home to college. Then we make our way to the stunning Bay of Islands after a brief overnight stay in the lovely accommodations of our 4 door SUV rental. *Tip: don’t do this. At least if you’re over 30, wait… 25. No, don’t do this.
Marc had a small mishap while playing king of the mountain with the boys and possibly fractured his collar bone. Air BnB life has been a fun change of pace, but it’s not for us. We like the freedom and flexibility of traveling in an RV. At the end of this episode, we pick up our Class C from bit.ly/KYD-Wilderness which has already proven to be the best way to see New Zealand.
